Just got home from picking up food in drive thru. I knew I should have checked it. They charged me for things and didn’t include in the bag. I’m 45 min away now so too late. At least 1 entree and a side missing!

Had orange chicken. Tasted liked bottle of vinegar with a very Genious dash of red pepper. No chicken taste or sweetness. Complained, manager said he would refund but he didnt.

Great cashier and manager, but 2 of the employees talk while I wait to order. Someone must of watched pop copy episode of Dave Chappelle and emulated it. Orange chicken could be better, not the absolute worst compared to all of the United States. It was better than edible. Room for training opportunities for Cody. I will say William made it not an absolute worst visit because of his customer centric attitude and demeanor. Good job Will!

Always delicious. My favorite is the honey walnut shrimp, SO GOOD!! And amazing egg rolls ?I've ordered through either door dash or maybe Uber eats (which is extremely expensive if you live in East Hickman, don't recommend and honestly even with gas costs this is much more affordable. The dishes cost more, the delivery fee, taxes and tip is crazy. I spent over $100 for 5 meals and learned my lesson the hard way. In case you were thinking about it ?) and picked up an order and the cashier showed me how to use the coupon code on my phone. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

This is more for Corporate. I ordered 2 of your bowls and drinks online with the 20% off discount coupon, around 8:40 or so, and the site told me that my order would be ready at 9:10 pm. I pulled up to pick up my food, and was told they closed their grill at 8:30, and they closed the doors at 9:00 pm. I was charged $16.77 amd never received my food, or a refund. I would just like to have my money refunded back to my card.

The second time I visited this place that I've experienced "RACIST MICRO-AGGRESSIONS" from the staff. I've been spoken to like I child, and change has been tossed into my hand twice. I let it slide the first, and now I'm committing.Vegetarian options: 1 item

Some of what we wanted wasn't ready as it was cooking. The girl took our order and said, "When it's ready, I'll take it to your table." 7 people came in after we had already ordered our dish came out and these 7 people were served our dish which ment once again we needed to wait for a new batch to be cooked. We waited approximately 30 minutes for our meal after we had ordered. The individuals that came after us left just as we were getting our food. Absolutely unacceptable in customer service.

This placed used to be the best Panda Express, then after the pandemic hit everything changed. Every time I order beef and broccoli the broccoli is slimy, portions got smaller, and it’s just… meh. Real
