Food is great always,but I stood in front for a out 10 min before I was finally noticed by the employee that was goofing off with a coworker. The driver came in and walked past me without asking me if I needed help or getting the attention of the other coworkers

I ordered pizza online, they said it would arrive in 35 to 45 minutes, which is normal! Terribly bad! The pizza arrived an hour and 20 minutes after I placed the order! Cold! I'm never ordering from them again.

Very delicious Papa John's to get pizzas, breadsticka, and cheese sticks at with Garlic Dipping sauce in Dickson, Tennessee off State Road TN-46. Food's hot and tasty and service is good!!!!!!

This store canāt get it rightā¦ever. I have given too many tries. Lady gave my daughter the wrong order-different last name- land when she brought it out to the car I told her I didnāt order that many pizzas. She took it back in and the lady got upset saying that our order was much smaller than the one she handed my daughter. Now today, ordered online for pickup. 7:02. Said to come in between 7:23-7:33. At 7:33 they stated the order wonāt be ready for another 20+ minutes. Iāll get the pizzas when they are ready, but Iāll save myself the headache and not come back here again. There have been a couple more issues but these are the two that will stop my patronage at this location.

To start this is why I donāt like to give a tip online before I have any interaction with the staff and servers. Iāve never had a more rude experience in my life, picking up pizzas. The pizzas look delicious, but the lady working was the most obnoxious, rude and dismissive server Iāve ever met in my entire life. I wish I wouldāve gotten her name so I could post it. She asked for my name. I gave it to her. She acted like she couldnāt understand what I said, then she literally dismissed me when I tried to give her my order number and then gave me a smug look and said nothing when she handed me the pizzas. I will never order pizza from this establishment again

Donāt bother ordering ahead or scheduling pizza to be ready at a certain time. I ordered 2 hours (at 4:06) ahead for a pick up at 6:15. I go to oicm it up and they say itāll be at least another 30-45 minutes before they could start on my order. Super disappointing. They did refund my order.

I had a terrible experience with this pizza place today and in the past. I ordered the pizza and came to pick it up after 30 minutes, only to be told that they hadnāt even started my order. It was incredibly ridiculous and poor service. I wonāt be doing business with them anymore.
This was the worst food ordering experience Iāve ever had. I placed an order at 6:40 PM with a pickup estimate of 7:17 PM. I arrived at 7:30 PM and was told my food (one pizza and cheese bread) wasnāt even in the oven yet. I ended up waiting until after 8 PM. Several other customers came and left frustrated after being told the same thing. One man said heād been waiting 45 minutes for a single pizza. When I asked for some compensation for the long wait, the GM initially tried to void my order and not give me my food. I insisted on getting what I paid for and expressed that other stores would have provided better service. The GM, Emily, told me everyone else was waiting an hour too and they wouldnāt do anything about it. On top of the terrible service, a worker with a heart tattoo near her eye was making pizzas without gloves or a hair net, then handling money without washing her hands. Completely unacceptable. I will never return.

This would be a good place to open a pizza business. Placed an online order this morning for 11:30 delivery. Pizza had not arrived by 12:15 so I called and they said they would send another one right out. Itās now 12:40 and I havenāt seen or heard anything.
