Went in Wednesday morning to dine in and it was fantastic! The lobby was super clean. The guy and lady that worked in the morning were very pleasant. Will definitely be back again. It has gotten much more better from the last time I came in. Again thank you for the 2 employees that work morning shift. Kudos to them.

We dined in and they only fixed half our order. They put the pizza in the warmer until I went up there to ask why we havenât got our pizza and brownie. They found the pizza in the warmer but never made brownie. There was a little girl about 6 years old running around in the kitchen. They just said grandkids gotta love them. And I agree with that but I wanted my hubby to have what he wanted for Fatherâs Day. I wonât be back to that Pizza Hut!!!!!

Awful ! My pizza was cold. No sauces out of the 5 I paid for. The chicken wasnât even shook it was just placed in a bowl. Canât get to them on the phone. Terrible experience.

They do not have any servers, just take out or delivery ordering. But they will allow you to take your 'to go' order to a table and eat it there. It felt off, but some others ate 'in' also and an employee was cleaning off tables and restocking paper towels rolls on each table. Limited single serve or 2 liter drink options, but plastic cups and plastic forks were available on what used to be the buffet table.

We ordered online large cheese pizza and Two different wings the food was cold and they left the two sodas off it took half hour for them to answer the phone for the bull crap of the recording s you have to listen to a different guy brought the sodas back a hour later and he starts yelling at me because he got lost and told me to put signs up at the end of the driveway he's lucky to be working at all with that attitude and if that's the people you hire they will be closing more stores and losing customers you guys use to be alot better something needs to happen and they need to speak English better

Order was never delivered. Spent 21 minutes on hold before arriving at the store to be told our pizza had been delivered. We then had to wait 20 minutes for remake. Over all 2 hours and paid for delivery that didn't happen.
Friendly staff. No fountain drinks only bottled. Had pepperoni pizza and it was so greasy the box was soaked we had to dab the pizza with napkins to remove all the grease.

We haven't been to this location in a while and decided to stop in the other day. You use to be able to order at the table, now you have to order at the counter, we waited quite a while for an employee to notice us and yell to another group of employees in the back to take our order, we weren't the only ones waiting to be waited on at this point. The floors were so sticky that my shoes were sticking to it and makimg a loud noise as I walked, my shirt was also sticking to the back of the booth seat. One employee was outside with mop water and a broom cleaning the sidewalks ( clearly needed to be mopping the floors inside and not with dirty mop water which causes sticky floors) Our pizza was cooked to perfection, but the pizza sauce was so bitter I couldn't hardly eat it, I literally ate one piece and was done. I had Pizza Hut at another location back in March and the pizza sauce was not bitter there, so not sure why it was that way here. Between the poor service, the dining area tables, and the floors being dirty, and the taste of the pizza, we probably won't be back at this location again and we use to really enjoy it.

We were going to dine in and after we purchased our food, the atmosphere was horrible. The restrooms are clean then the dining area. I paid $33. for our food but after seeing what we seen we decided just to tell them to donate our food . The hostess didn't seem surprised about the area being dirty, so I recommend going somewhere else. We were on the way out of dicksonand saw a Mexican restaurant called Javis...I would highly recommend
