Went this Christmas eve hoping to get a pizza on a timely manner and after placing my order online i entered the store at the estimated time for my pizza to be ready just to find out my pizza had still not ben started and for what i can only assume the manager to leave two clearly new employees by them self's working the holiday rush one seeming like they are still even in high school. I have to say what horrible management at this store i can only hope that these employees are not dealing with situations like this on a daily basis. Although the food was great kudos to the chef the wait time was horrendous and I cant imagine leaving two clearly new hires by them self's on a holiday like this. management seriously needs some retraining.

The food was great but i was waiting in a huge line that wrapped around the building and i saw the managers leave these two younger workers alone, one seemed very young and the other was very visibly upset. The managers names were Damian and Patricia. I found it very absurd and abusive to have the younger workers all alone on Christmas eve as a MANAGER, especially with how extremely packed it was. I don't think anyone would like to work for someone that didn’t value their time and work.

We went there to eat but no one would serve us or acknowledge us being there but they did see us. We sat down and waited for at least 15 min to still no one to get our order. Bad service we left

I just had the WORST experience I've ever had, while it was not entirely Pizza Huts fault, the way they handled the situation was HORRID. I placed an order through the website which they subcontracted to doordash, the first doordasher stole our food, then when another dasher arrived we called. When speaking with the pizza hut worker, we told her multiple times, we would wait for the food if the dasher was fine with waiting, I could here her saying repeatedly to her fellow workers, that we did nott want the food remade. A blatant lie. At this point I took the phone from my friend, I told her, with no room for error, we want the food remade, she FINALLY asked the dasher if they were fine with waiting, to which the dasher agreed. All together, the pizza hut worker was rude, dismissive and unhelpful. I WILL NOT be ordering from here ever again after such poor service.

Supposed to be redoing the interior, it definitely needs it. I have been pretty lucky here, always getting fresh dough. I highly recommend their cheese stx, my personal FAV

Did an UBER order. Told them to ensure Thin n Chrispy, not soggy in the middle.... WELL IT WAS SOGGY THOUGHOUT!!!!!

Went in Wednesday morning to dine in and it was fantastic! The lobby was super clean. The guy and lady that worked in the morning were very pleasant. Will definitely be back again. It has gotten much more better from the last time I came in. Again thank you for the 2 employees that work morning shift. Kudos to them.
