So I pull into this Popeyes and I'm waiting for the car in front of me, which is ordering a $40 order. I figured maybe I'll go into the lobby and make better time since I'm only ordering, one single chicken breast. So I pull out a drive-thru and I drive up to one door and it has a note on the front, and I'm hoping it says... Use other door. So then I got to the other door and I noticed it had a note on it also, at that point I figured the dining room was closed even though it was before 9:00. So at this time I said well I guess I'll go to drive through again and to my dismay... The car that was there before was still there. So I waited approximately 7 or 8 minutes till they were finished with their order and I overheard the drive-thru worker Tell them their total was $46. So I pull up I asked him if the dining room was closed his response was yes. So I told him that all I wanted was one piece of chicken that is there anyway I don't have to wait for them to make a $46 order for one piece of chicken. His response was... Yeah I got you man... So I ordered one chicken breast. The total for one chicken breast was $3.17. I know I know $3.17 no big deal... But look at the picture are you serious. And the fact that it took me 15 minutes to get this little piece of chicken that was borderline cold was absolutely ridiculous. I just don't get it anymore I don't understand what is going on with society why customer service is just terrible anymore. All the employers want to cut corners wherever they can including labor so they can make all their millions of dollars. Why the customer suffers. $3.17 for a piece of chicken that doesn't even fill my hand. Terribly disappointed. Especially considering I once work for Popeyes when I was 17 years old and I am now 54. It is amazing and totally unbelievable how much customer service and quality of food have changed over the years. I was trained to value the customer more than anything. And that the customer was always right. No matter what. Even when they're wrong, we treated them like they were right. Those days are over I guess Popeye's has their millions of dollars now they don't need customers anymore that appreciate good quality customer service.

I went in to get some chicken around lunchtime at 12:30 but they didn't have enough for the 8 piece family meal that I wanted. They were getting ready to cook some more but I didn't have time to wait another 15 minutes for it to be done. Also, I saw one of the guys in the kitchen come back in through the employee door after being outside the kitchen with gloves on. He then proceeded to grab a bun and started making a sandwich without replacing his gloves. Not sure if he had been in the bathroom or elsewhere but it wasn't sanitary. Not impressed with the visit.

Hadn't been in a bit but wife wanted nuggets, over $1 per nuggets!!! Next time KFC also ordered 24 nuggets and they gave me 4 sauces.

Whew! Talk about under seasoned chicken. Everything else was pretty good. The fries, biscuits, and Mac and cheese were good. But the main attraction should be the best. The fried skin had some flavor but not enough. The chicken underneathe didn't even get penetrated with any flavor/seasonings and was just greasy plain chicken.

Had popcorn shrimp combo biscuits and fry was good but 1/4 pound shrimp I did not get only 6 good shrimp rest was crackings

The food is good but management is not doing a job monitoring employees. 2nd time ordered a family meal and told that they did not have enough chicken. Told to wait 12 minutes in parking lot for our order. 20 minutes later and 10 vehicles through the drive through getting large bags of food, went in to store to be told that they gave part of our order to someone else. This is unacceptable. Won't be back.

Nothing ticks me off more than high priced BAD fast food! Oct 22, 2024. We bought the bundle which totals $38.00. The chicken was undercooked, batter was damp, mushy and mostly fell off chicken. It was so bland we had to season it! Potatoes were just o.k., slaw was good. I couldn't eat the chicken nor could my family. What a waste of money! And last, the guy who took the order was rude and his nails were dirty! He looked like he'd been working construction and was rude and arrogant when asked about drinks. I rarely have this kind of experience at a fast food national franchise but this was the worst!
Save your money and your tummy from this place. I'm surprised they haven't been cited.

I would have given them a five, but the sauce was a little light for me. There just wasn't that much on the wings. $20 for 12 wings, a drink, and a small caramel apple cheesecake, sheesh!
