Alyssa is always wonderful to have as a server! She’s friendly, always makes sure our drinks are full. Food is always prepared well and comes out hot. The whole team here does a great job of making the experience enjoyable and they seem to work really well together.

Ed continues to be the highlight of the day at ruby tuesdays! Food is always hot, order is always correct, drinks always get refilled. But the service from Ed is a unique and memorable experience, and it just gets better every time! He’s made me laugh on the days I needed it most, and I am always glad when I see he’s working a shift!

The bar tender was our waiter, he was good, no complaints with him. There was a hair in the burger and he fixed it. The issue was the manager. He was walking around with an attitude with the staff and customes. He was looking around at everyone as if he had a problem with people just being in the restaurant.

I wish I could give this place a 0 star, but it at least deserves something for the salad bar & atmosphere.
I ordered a ribeye special. Had to add the salad bar to it, and the salad bar was the best part of the meal. The medium steak I ordered was super thin, and very well done. The potato was thick skinned and and old black spots so we asked them to make us a fresh one. The new one was a LOT better and done in 5 min!
So, if you are good with old food, made without care, provided by a waitress that gets mad when a group is coming in, go ahead and support this place. We will not be back, no wonder their restaurants closed down. Yes, the waitresses were prepping for a group of 20 to come in. She was as complaining to the other about needing to take her break! Girl! They will give you a larger tip than we did! Treat your customers with respect and just maybe you’ll stay in business. I for one don’t think this place will last long with this food or service. Definitely NOT worth the money we paid.

The employees were very nice. Salad bar was ok. We ordered the trio appetizer for $17 and it was so small and not worth the money. Haven't come to Tuesdays in many years and I won't be hurrying back.
