This past Friday, 08/29, East Hickman High-school hosted Slym's pork bbq sandwiches. I ended up purchasing two, one for me and one for my husband who's the assistant coach for the team and man oh man was it good. The pork was fresh and just melted in your mouth.My daughter who is 3 and still exploring meat tried the meat as well and actually loved it. The bbq sauce was delicious and had the right amount of pizzaz that complemented the sandwich. BEST PORK IVE EVER HAD!!!

Stopped at this place in a whim. The owner is really friendly. I was a little concerned regarding the cleanliness of the place, but decided to give it a try. The fish was absolutely delicious. Moist with an airy and crunchy coating. I was underwhelmed by the potato salad and beans and saw on my way out the cans of Busches baked beans. I'm guessing the potato salad is store bought as well. It's a decent place to eat, and I would go back for the fish alone.

The Baked Beans- AMAZING. The Coleslaw- Delicious! And the BBQ was PERFECT. Hubby & I both ordered sandwiches- but hubby ended up getting another one cause they were so good! The Chicken & Dumplings were different than we're used to but make no mistake- they were OUTSTANDING!
We will be back! We've officially found our "BBQ Joint" in our local area!
