I paid for 2 soft taco supremes recieved 2 soft tacos disapointed...asked for hot sauce recieved none... did get 2 napkins. Store 034427 order #402 04/03/2025 my fault for trying taco bell again ....maybe next year !

The same girl on the speaker and behind the counter literally said, “what do you want?” after I had to go back inside for items missing and drinks made incorrectly. At this location food is always sloppy, order is correct half the time, dining room is disgusting, and the staff is rude. Unsure why I continue to give them a chance.

It is unbelievable that the employees act passive aggressive and hostile with people just for ordering a larger meal or asking for a second “please”. We were rushed through the drive through, and then had the window shut on us aggressively 3 times with eye rolls from all employees. Please find actual adults to work at your location because people are already having a hard time without people who WORK AT FAST FOOD making us feel bad or being rude just for ordering..

Had lunch there at 2pm. There was only 1 other person 4 employees standing around chit chatting behind the counter, not taking orders (kiosk only). The dining room was a disgusting mess, the bathrooms were awful, no soap. We wiped our table off with a wet paper towel bc there were no clean tables. An older man came in fter us and could not figure out the kiosk, no one would help him. I took him to the front counter and if someone could help this gentleman order and he finally got some help. For as many people that were staffed, 8 or 9 of them, I will never return to that location!
Ehhhh..... got 3 crunchy tacos, 2 was broken in multiple places so looked like corn chips instead of a taco. But it tasted like it should've and not stale tortillas....

I picked up my order at drive thru. Got home the Crunchwrap Supreme had only lettuce tomatoes and some sour cream, no meat or cheese. The 5 layer Burrito supreme had nothing but beans & cheese sauce. It was horrible and made without half the ingredients. Worst meal I have ever had at s Taco Bell, a total Rip Off. I don't know how they stay open serving food that's this Bad.

All I wanted was a cantina chicken quesadilla meal, but I did not know all of the items on the meal. If it was only an extra bag of chips , I did not want to spend the extra $5 for a drink. I had to ask over THREE times and was very clear and concise, making sure to ask specifically what items come with the quesadilla meal. Upon the 4th time, I had to literally yell into the microphone, and still received an attitude when trying to place the order, so honestly you all can screw off and I will not be back. My classmate already tells me how bad it is in there, and how screwed your entire staffing situation actually is, so go ahead and hold this.
