Upon Entering the building there were two customers at the register. One had placed his order and one had a mobile order. The one who placed his order stated to me that the person who was taking the orders had stepped out and would be right back. After several minutes no one came. Finally a rather large dude with a large amount of facial hair the bottom portion of his face, approached and asked if we had put in our orders. The gentleman that was already there stated that he had and I stated that I hadn't. The rather large gentleman looks at me like I shot the president. So I stated to him that I needed to put in my order. He looks at me blankly and asked if I had put in my order. By now I'm aggravated. He did not offer to take my order he only stood there and looked at me blankly. Frustrated I walked out. He mumbled a few things under his breath as I was leaving. The store was a mess. I will not be going back here.

Dropped in many times at this plaza either for Shell service or Dunkin. On Tues, 12/16, I decided to try the Taco Bell. Ordered the usual, veggie bowl. To my disappointment, though I've experienced some similar disappointment elsewhere, MOST TB's provide ample food portions. However, here the portions were unreasonable small. The other factor that was not favorable was that according to a worker there, their store does not carry black pepper. Thus, it reflects the 3star rating due to those two quality factors. And there was no willingness to make better for that as a first time customer expecting such.

Absolutely wonderful. I think everybody in the city of Dickson should go to Taco Bell by the interstate. They are so friendly and accommodating and they are the absolute best people that could be working by the interstate at 11:55 at night. I appreciate these people and all the stuff they do thank y’all.

I stopped in on my way West after getting caught in the Nashville Airport Nightmare traffic debacle of September 15. The place was a little busy, but no drama with ordering the food, staff was friendly and the food was hot! The place was very clean.

Every time I go here, if I go inside (which I have to because my truck window is broke), it takes at LEAST half an hour to get our food. Today, it took 50 minutes, and i ordered online. Turns out my food had been sitting there for 5 or 10 minutes. It was cold when i checked to make sure we got everything, and they didn't give us everything we ordered. It's such crap. Then, to hear the workers complaining about people ordering food. It's just ridiculous. This location needs to be shut down or revamped or something.
*Update 9/11/25* Decided to give this place another try because I didn't want to drive all the way to the other side of town. We did the drive-thru this time. The lady at the register when I got to the window was actually nice. They actually got our whole order correct, AND it only took like 5-10 mins to get our food. Seems like they might have gotten new staff and are actually trying to make the place a little better. Might go inside next time to see if that's changed. Changed from 1 star to 3 stars.

For fast food, they're pretty good. Decently priced and fair amount of food. Usually gets everything right the first time...gives coupons and apologizes, when they don't. Great customer service! Keeps the lines moving!
