Wow! The three reviews for this place make it sound like a Third World bazaar, but I really don't think it's nearly that bad. In fact, the always crowded parking lot would testify to the fact they are doing many things right. I come here when I am in Dickson; at home in Nashville I use the one on Charlotte Pike. I seldom buy food here, but I will say that the fried chicken back at the deli counter is great. Employee turnover is high, I think, as I do deal with inexperienced employees more that I should. I try to remember that we all had a first day on a new job and so try to cut 'em a little slack. A problem that seems to be universal at Walmarts is the wheels on the buggies; they stick, they clump along, they suddenly turn and send me off course - you get the idea and if you've been to a Walmart you've experienced it. But, if you need it, they probably have it. If they don't, you likely don't need it, you just want it.

SHOP AT KROGER!- This Walmart has Terrible service. Terrible labeling, unknowledgeable employees and cashiers. The person that was taking me BACk to what I needed, after standing in line with an uneducated cashier. (Uneducated in the ways of wal mart) bolted as soon as a near by fellow shopper, piped in and said she was familiar with what items I needed for my Coupon/voucher. I had a fussy baby by this point and I didn't know what I was looking for. I wanted a specific item. Any store should Label shelves correctly so items can properly be purchased without making customers feel unworthy or as if they are a nuisance. My circumstances are not anyone's business and the coupon used is state regulated and should be taught to all employees, especially cashiers and anyone managing customers and customers service. Offering to help me grab what I needed would have been a huge help since obviously I had a small baby with me. If the shelves would have been labeled correctly the first time, I would have only had to deal with the uneducated cashier trying to know how to type what she needed to into the cash register. I really dislike how I have spent so much other money with this business. I plan to shop at Kroger for everything and cash in my little bit of wal mart money from the app I was using. I don't even mind if Kroger is farther away.
