I normally get a spicy chicken sandwich combo, but this time I wanted to revisit one of my favorites from the 90's. A Wendy's double with cheese hold pickles. The burger seemed flatter. Lettuce was definitely wilted and the onions were soft. Maybe just a bad order out of the many made right that day. But the staff was friendly, so I won't hold it against them.

My wife & I used to really like Wendy's but I don't know what they're doing but the food, especially the burgers has dramatically changed. The last time we got food from there, my wife got sick at her stomach. It's just not the same & the employees just ignore you.
This is the slowest Wendy’s in America. Fires are also rarely fresh. Always use the app to order….STILL always have to wait at least ten minutes in the drive thru. Super unprofessional at the window. SLOW, SLOW, SLOW!!!

The worst service! Ordered thru the app, paid for the order, got to restaurant, no order, had to reorder and pay for order a second time, and the food sucked. Bacon cheeseburger with half a slice of bacon and no drink. This manager needs to be replaced. Poor quality and service. Cheapest bacon cheeseburger in Dickson.
