Pull in the dive thru at 8:14 pm and was told the the drive thur is closed. Had to go in and order. I ordered and burger and 2 frosty. The lady make both frosty first and let them sit on the counter for over 15 minutes and melt while my my burger took close 20 minutes to get after paying. Then when the burger was ready lady tried to have the melted frosty to me. This hole visit was disappointing.

Best junior bacon cheeseburger I’ve had in a long time! Running errands today and had to go through Dickson and I was starving and a junior bacon is always a go to snack. The bacon was crispy lettuce was crunchy and the Burger was perfectly hot. It’s the little things that make my day so thank you guys. I finished it and even said to myself out loud that was the best junior bacon cheeseburger I’ve had in years. I work at a business that runs on reviews too, so I just wanted to let y’all know.

The drive thru is ALWAYS closed.they never have chili..service here is never good,but I will say as long as I usually do wait,the food is always got and fresh.not this time. this particular time I had a register receipt inside my sandwich,and melted on to my cheese,which I ate some of it.the mgr did replace my sandwich.dummy me I didn't even think to get a picture.dining room always gives me a dirty impression.it was clear the mgr was overwhelmed.he wasn't rude,but he for sure wasn't friendly..I'll starve before I come back to this location.

Every time I come here the always find a way to mess up my order. I’m not talking once or twice I’m talking EVERY TIME.
This time it was that I received spicy nuggets instead of regular nuggets & they forgot my sauce. I waited 15 minutes at the drive through with no one in front of me. The guy told me to pull up to the yellow line and he would bring my food out. Well there was 2 cars behind me waiting to get out, and there was no way around so I ended up having to park in a spot and go in to get it anyways so I could let the people behind me out.
This place is an actually joke!!!!

Last time they forgot my burger in my $5 bag…
The main part of the freaking meal IS THE BUGER?! like what??!!!

Absolute disaster of a Wendy’s. Credit card machines down and we’ve waited 30 minutes for an order of three cheeseburgers and two 6-count nuggets.

There was a young whith male there that was getting everyone's order wrong. He did t listen to the cooks but when this young black lady came in, she took over, put him on break and then told him don't touch anything. She took over and got everything and everyone's order correct then told the male, " you just take the orders. We got this back here!!!

We stopped in for lunch today. I was hesitant due to past experiences but we stopped anyway. Our food was made quickly and was fresh. The staff were friendly and quick. One of the drink machines are broken and the other 4 of the 8 options were not working. They were out of several things but luckily we didn't want anything they were out of.

Do not stop here, the store hours are wrong. They do not serve at 1030 when it's lunch time on their menu. Now we don't have a single good wendys in dickson, this is a shame.
