Also, I went to the drive thru one evening to pick up a family meal order. I had my two weenie dogs with me, and the man at the window handed me two little to go cups, I thought at the time they were just sauce or something and realized after I left that he'd given me two cups of BBQ for my dogs 😭 I felt awful that I didn't get to thank him, so thank you so much! ❤️

Purchased 2 pound family pack 2/28/2025. Buns were not fresh, meat was not as good as Whitt’s in Huntsville al restaurants. Disappointed in the meal.

Will not eat there again pork and turkey was dry. Corn bread I really don't even know what it was.. potatoes salad was store bought. Slaw ok. Mac and cheese blanned. The food looks better on the menu. I justed pick something on the bottom or it wouldn't let me post

It was a little expensive charging you for pickles, paper plates and silverware. For 2 plates, 2 sets of plastic silverware and about 15 dill pickles it was an additional $7 and the debit card fee was $3 more.

This place is like stepping back in time, literally I don’t know when the last time they updated their menu, but that is a huge benefit to customer because it looks like it’s been a long time and look like they are not from the modern day, This probably has the best prices of any barbecue place in greater Nashville area, or Dickson… I cannot believe that I have missed this place for so many years. I don’t know the people that run it, but you can tell they are like family to each other… The place is not modern or any spectacular design, but it has a very much reminds me like how when I grew up in Texas and I would go get barbecue… This is the type of place that I remember, so it has a lot of nostalgia in the simplicity of it so instead of spending a lot of money for renovations, they just passed those savings off to you with good food for good prices… I think the prices are cheaper than McDonald’s, so whatever you do just go over there if you have a choice,the food was all excellent, so no complaints there, I will definitely make this as a regular or weekly stop, even better as they have a drive-through so you can just swing in and grab something and be on your way…
