Great pizza, even better people! The staff was so kind and welcoming, and the atmosphere was perfect for families. They even gave dough to the kids to play with while we waited—such a fun touch! My boys absolutely loved it. We’ll definitely be back!

First time trying it and it’s the best pizza I’ve had so far in the area! The cheesy bread is buttery and delicious, and the pizza has a slight crunch to the crust which I love. Our server Hannah was kind and extremely fast getting all of our food and tending to the group. So happy to find a good pizza place and we’ll definitely be back!

Ordered a large 15in pep pizza. It was about 13in it just looked tiny for $20! I like a few bubbles on my crust but the whole crust was a big bubble. And I’ve had problems with this place before ordering. Now when I go in to eat everything is good. It was almost like hurry up and close the box and get it outta here. My fault for not checking until I got home. I’m done!

My wife and I went there last night to celebrate our anniversary. My wife ordered a chicken salad and it came out with no chicken and the forgot her peppers also. I asked for a meat substitute and got the original meat. The server was nice enough but the kitchen was very lacking. Apparently the description on the menu didn't match the description the kitchen has to go by. Mine had to be remade and my wife still didn't get her peppers even though we paid for them. The worst part was my wife was finished before my second attempt even came out. Anniversary dinner ruined. My canlzone was very dry and bland. I didn't see any type of adult management at all, just kids. We are local and will not go back. See.ed like Noone really cared. Very disappointed.

METAL IN FOOD! First, let me say that I am not one to blast an establishment publicly without giving them multiple chances to get it right. However, today takes the cake. Second, we have loved this restaurant for the 4 years we have been going, until this year. We have had everything from rotten beets in a salad, rotten avocado, and burnt pizza numerous times. Every time these things happened, we paid our bill and tipped like we’ve always done, chalking it up to an off night. We have seen the wait staff and management change and decline. Today however, a metal spring was found in the crust of the pizza that my husband and children were eating. My husband bit into with his front teeth. The manager was never sent out. My husband had to ask to speak to him and to say that the level of customer service that was given was pitiful would be an understatement. The manager comp’d the pizza and we paid the remainder of the bill because we didn’t come for free food, however the manager had zero personality and interest in saving a customer. What’s sad is that this used to be a great establishment in our community but we won’t be returning.

I called in my order more than 30 minutes before I was going to get there. Upon arrival I was told upfront they were waiting on one pizza to be finished, it would be 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I was told the same thing, it would be 5 minutes...I see my pizzas come out of the oven into boxes and a bunch of the staff was looking at the pizzas in the boxes, then they were taken into the kitchen. Then I was told again that they were waiting on two of my pizzas to be ready, 5 more mintues... I had asked for extra pepperoni and extra fresh mozzarella cheese. There was less than 20 pepperoni and I could see the crust under the cheese. Not going to be spending my almost $90 for 3 large pizzas there again...sub par for the price charged...

Sadly, this place isn't as good as it was pre covid. The pizza has degraded badly the last 5 x I have eaten here. Undercooked most of the time and badly cut by dull knives. The ice cream choices are thin. I miss the plate with small portions of 5 or 6 flavors. It's become blah for us now with the pizza being Undercooked all the time.

This place is spectacular in every way, the caprese salad was fresh and crisp, the breadsticks were perfectly cooked light and the marinara sauce was unbelievable and the wood-fired pizza was absolutely fantastic. Five stars doesn't give this place enough Justice. We're not even from Nashville and we can't wait to get back to this place so check it out and you will thank me later

We came into Zander’s after a long travel day. We’d been to downtown Dickson in the past, but we’d never been to Zander’s. We loved everything about the place. We both built our own personal pizzas. I did Kalamata Olive, chopped garlic, artichoke hearts and anchovies (if that doesn’t sound delicious to you, then I don’t want to know you!! They had a great selection of local beers and the service was top notch. Our server, Jacey, was not only professional and efficient, she also had some awesome dance moves!!🤣🤣🤣. Bottom line; great dining experience!!
