Went though the drive threw and made me go wait on french Fries. One person already waiting un car I was second and wound up being the last one and had to go in for my food. How long do you have to wait for french fries never again. I should have gotten extra cookie or something for there mess up.

Yesterday the young man at the drive thru went above and beyond. His kindness is deeply appreciated. I'm sold. Zaxbys, in Dickson, is my favorite restaurant hands down.

This was only my second time eating here. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla at the drive thru. When I get home which is 20 minutes away I find that I’ve been given a chance corn fajita quesadilla. They screw you at the drive thru.

The crew and the manager handled them self's quite well when we had to wait a bit for our food they refunded us i feel bad tbh but I very much appreciated the professionalism definitely going back food is too good not too!

I updating my review talk to the restaurant manager and she was so kind and caring about the situation and made things right by offering us to fix it but since we where only passing by from work maybe some other time. Definitely great manager
Bad attitude no customer service refuse to honor a coupon I had on the app they say that I couldn't use it at that location definitely not a nice place to come to eat I recommend elsewhere

Delicious food here! Their chicken can be some of the best in Dickson. I can't wait for their milkshakes to return! My only complaints are that many times their deliveries are missing items or incorrect in some way and almost always missing straws or utensils, and sometimes their lobby can have some messes (not too bad compared to some other places' lobbies).
