The last time I had zaxbys I got food poisoning and today I had some and found a BLACK HAIR cooked into my chicken tender. I’m not even the type of person to leave reviews but that is INSANE.

The chicken strips were more like chicken nuggets and when I asked for condiments for the 3 full meals I ordered the rude young man who practically threw the food out of the window said I only get one condiment packet total and he said bye and closed the window and walked away. Do better management!!!

Great Cobb salad. The grilled chicken breast on top was juicy and delicious. The salad was fresh, cold, and crisp...topped with a tangy vinegarette. I enjoyed the Texas toast on the side as well.

Ordered 2 Mr. Beast Boxes and some fried cheesecake bites thru the app for pickup. I should of checked before I left but was in a hurry. The app specifically ask if you want Seasoning or extra. Why ask if your not going to put any on there at all let alone the extra I asked for. Fries were not fresh. However the Chicken was fresh and delicious.

Ordered a lemonade and a taco wrap thing. The wrap could've definitely been better, and my lemonade was really sour, even after mixing it up.

Zaxbys, clean the dining area, walked in to order, first, floor looks absolutely atrocious, food and trash on the floor. Second the dining area smells like a freezer full of food went bad.
Made me nauseous and had to leave.

Clean it up and I’ll be back.
