Always takes forever to get food even though it says it's ready to just be walked out to us. Once, it took 12 minutes to just hand it to me. Like McD's fries are too hard to fry correctly and are soggy.

Visited Monday 5/26 about 11 AM. Service was great. Dude that took our order was super polite and attentive. So was our server. Aside from that, worst Sonic I've ever had, and I generally love Sonic food . Tots were so old you could break a tooth on them. Burger tasted foul, almost like it was old or improperly handled. Wouldn't have eaten it but I was treated and didn't want to complain. Father in law threw half his burger away even though he was starving after his stay in the nursing home for physical therapy. Seems like someone is neglecting to monitor food quality at this location. Glad I didn't get sick. Would avoid and just go to Dairy Dip down the road when in Dover looking for a burger.

Overall this place is great. But the only thing that bothers me is when they won't change out a girls toys to boys. Sometimes they do. But on one of my visits, they promised me that these unicorn toys were unisex and refused to change them. Toys are hit or miss.

We stopped with 20 students on our way back to school. They were so kind. They even offered to comp a drink for someone who couldn’t afford one. Highly recommend this place!!

We went to Sonic in dover TN today and it was awful. I ordered chili cheese fries and they tasted like they were made yesterday. I ordered a ice mango tea, there was no ice in the drink at all. My husband ordered a#3 cheese burger and he also said it was probably left over from yesterday. It was not worth the money
It was just average. I ordered a double smash burger, which was just okay. The onion rings were kinda stale and not very hot. The limeade was more like weak Sprite with green food coloring. The service was good.
Staff are always friendly, ice cream and food has always been good.

I'm sorry. I don't usually complain about much. But this is one of the worst sonic experiences I've had. My burger was not good and my tots were so overcooked that they were crispy all the way through. My fiance ordered onion rings that were tasteless and stuck together in 1 big blob. I can't believe how far sonic has went down. It's always been one of my favorite places to eat lunch. And no public restroom so you can wash your hands.
