We have never had a bad experience. There have been recent needed renovations. Food is always decent. Sometimes the shakes seem rushed and not fully mixed if they are busy. Big bag of ice for around $3 that helps if the ice maker breaks or if needed for outings. Staff has always been kind to us. We love it.

I ordered a sausage breakfast burrito only to be greeted with two little sausage nugs in my burrito. The cheese wasn't melted and it was mostly egg. This place used to be so good then they got new owners who " turned the place around" all it did was make trash food. The only thing good here are the

Got me a grilled cheese sandwich with bacon and tomato on it and a large vanilla coke no ice food was hot and fresh coke was refreshing mason was a excellent carhop and Jennifer was so sweet and kind best experience I have had keep up the good

This is not the first time this has happened. But yet again, I did not get what I ordered. If I order extra bacon, I get one piece broken in half the cover the burger. That's not even the regular amount. I ordered extra cheese on my tots, I got a small little sprinkle of shredded cheese. I ordered 2 quarter pound doubles and they are smaller than the thin little patties served at McDonalds. Tots were cold and a bit stale so they have been sitting awhile. Took 21 minutes to cook and bring out. Obviously some young child in that kitchen can't read simple directions. But im tired of complaining to them because they take so much longer to fix the problem and it happens almost every single time I'm there. Such an irritation that they cannot hire employees with common sense to work there who can read an order and make it to the desired specifications.

So today I saw your manager call the cops on someone for asking a question about the app. Seems a bit dramatic considering I have also had the same issues when I've stopped in town. Maybe if corporate held them accountable for their service standards, there wouldn't be a waste of using first responder resources ?

My wife and I ordered two breakfast bacon burritos. The bacon was burned, the eggs weren’t fluffy, and the cheese was not melted. My wife’s iced vanilla coffee tasted horrible. That’s $20 in the trash!
They literally threaten my sister to call the police after they gave her a bag of ice that wasn’t closed properly and it dumped all over my sister and when my sister got upset they threaten to call the police! Poor management skills. We will be calling corporate!

The food here is HORRIFIC. I ate here back in February 2023 and left a really bad review. I gave it 7 months to improve and was hoping things had changed. I was wrong. Again, burger was PRE-MADE. Lettuce and tomato were warm and WILTED. The cheese was pretty much liquid and dripping all over the place. I ordered tater tots and ohhhh maaaan they were cold when they arrived so I sent them back. They came back hot and tasted GREASY AND HORRIBLE! I’m attaching a picture of my bag. They tasted like the oil they’re fried in hasn’t been changed in YEARS! Unfortunately for Sonic, people like me have a very highly tuned palate. Unfortunately for this trip everything tasted so bad I wouldn’t even feed it to my dog or worst enemy. I WON’T BE BACK

What a shame. I usually enjoy sonic drive in. Today was another experience all together. Waited almost 15 minutes before anyone answered after pressing the red button. I was about to leave when someone finally answered cool so I placed my order that took 20 minutes to get a burger, cheddar peppers and a drink. My burger bun was very soggy. Thought about sending it back but didn't want to wait another 30 mins to get another. $16 for that order by the way!
