I used the Subway app to order food ahead of time, and it was ready for pickup in just 10 minutes! My husband went inside to grab the sandwiches, and the staff was super friendly. The place was clean too. Shoutout to the Dover Subway!

Have come here a lot over the past couple years. Although staff has changed throughout that time, they are all always very nice and do a great job at making the subs. Facility is usually pretty clean.

Not happy with prep ltable freezing up on food table. Iceberg had brown in it ...most of "fresh" vegetables were lacking. Not a typical visit for this franchise...

We just spent over $40 to feed 5 people. And that is just for the sandwiches. I wrote everyone's order down exactly the way they wanted it and sent the list with my husband to get the food. He gave the list to the girl working.He gets back and 2 of the sandwiches were wrong. All of the sandwiches was suppose to be on Italian herb and cheese bread.Tom got no teriyaki sauce on his teriyaki chicken. None at all.I got a ham and turkey and it wasn't Italian herb cheese bread. Looked and tasted plainAnd I got Mayo. Well no Mayo but I sure got a whole lot of some kind of sauce. Maybe my husband's teriyaki. Teriyaki sauce does not taste good on ham and turkey. While I am upset about it and that it should have been right. My husband said the girl was doing it all on her own and that she was not getting any help from the other worker or workers. Yes they were stocking the cups or something but they should have come to help her. Not happy with my food at all.

Great visit. The wife and I stopped for a meal. I have been eating a healthy diet and wanted a sub that could continue my goal. The employees we great and directed me to what was what I was looking for. Thank you for making my cheat day better. You guys were great.

I hadn't been in a while and wanted to try it again and I am so glad that I did! It was the best sub I have had in a very long time!

Worker touched a bug that was on the sauce and then continued making my sandwich without changing his gloves. That's just gross.

I ordered a few things today and the Employee (women) did not correctly give me the right amount of double meat.I ordered a 6 inch steak and cheese-double meat, she only put on 2 scoops. When I questioned her she said 2 scoops is double meat however according to the subway policy "Each 6-inch sub comes with two scoops of steak"Same thing happened with my double meat BLT. Asked for double meat, she said she put double meat but she didn't.She doesn't know the correct ratios. Makes me upset paying extra for something I didn't receive.Served by 0629, transaction 1/A -157403
