This is a simple Burger Barn sitting at an intersection with almost no signage. The food is good, the staff is friendly, the tables are spacious, clear and sturdy. The menu is simple. I hope every small town in America has at least one place exactly like this one. I already know that not all of them do.
This is a place of good quality. I was in Dresden for the day and was able to feed myself an my son with a good meal in a relaxing environment. It was a good treat.

The Chopping Block Ranch is a hidden treasure for anyone who appreciates quality food, a welcoming atmosphere, and honest prices. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding. The salad bar was fresh, vibrant, and well-stocked—easily one of the best I’ve seen. The fried pickles? Absolutely on point—crispy, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned.
But the real star of the show was the steak....
