We loved our visit and food!

I called in a to go order at 4:30 to be ready by 6:30 and I had to wait for over 30 minutes for my order Then my order wasn’t even right.

Go in there after 10:30 AM, Monday through Friday, and you will find some of the best chicken strips and potato logs that you ever put in your mouth.

I had a very good hearty breakfast special for 6.99. Good food and the staff were wonderful!

I went in for a light breakfast. I had one egg, a biscuit with gravy and coffee. I thought the biscuit was more to my liking than the McDonald's flaky no-body type. Overall food was good and fit what I wanted. The coffee ☕ had some body to it, not too strong but certainly not a weenie blend either.
After sitting with my coffee a bit, I noticed one of their menu boards with a listing of 'homemade pies'. OK, I went for it. I tried the 'hospitality pie'. Wow. If you have a sweet tooth, this is the one for you! I must say, it was very good. The place appears to be quite popular with the locals. The restaurant is a convenience store, gas station and restaurant combined. The restaurant is open early and closes early.
I will return.
UPDATE: I made a return visit and I was very disappointed that my scrambled eggs order was fried to a crisp! Disappointing to say the least.
Any experienced cook knows better! When not specified, any order of anything should be medium in doneness! Duh.
I wish I had taken a picture of the eggs.
I took away one star on my rating.

If I could give Service and atmosphere 0 stars I would. Dawn Martin, a “manager” at Kountry Korner was extremely rude to me and my partner and was texting on her phone for a solid minute before she would wait on us causing a line to form behind us. I definitely do not appreciate the rudeness she exhibited and will not be going back anytime soon.

Called in for a playe lunch at 11, was told it would be ready in 10 minutes. Showed up and at 1125 was told to give them 5 minutes.

Stopped in while looking for land and had an amazing experience here. It’s attached to a gas station so the front entrance wasn’t really the entrance. Had to enter through the station. Delicious food and great service. If I move to the area I will definitely be back!

The waitress was unfriendly, she brought our food, then we had to wait on utensils to eat with. The bun on our burgers were partially wet and soggy, our fries and burger were both cold. Never got a refill on our drinks. Won't be going back for a long while.

This place has gone down so much we hadn't been in a while we went tonight and service was awful and we waited over an hour to get our food but people that came in after us got their food long before we did probably won't be back

Stopped there on Tuesday October 29, 2024. The waitress came over and asked what we were drinking, to which I responded we're ready to order as well. She the responded with what are y'all drinking? I showed her that I had brought my drink of water in. She left to fill the drink order, then came back with the drink and asked what we were
ordering. My friend ordered first, and then when I was explaining my strict diet, she rudely interrupted me and asked what I was having to eat. So after that I'd decided that I wasn't eating anything and it didn't bother her one bit. Service here isn't what it needs to be.

I do not enjoy writing bad reviews, but something is wrong. We have been coming to Kountry Corner for almost two years. The food had been really good except for the last two times we came in. One thing I noticed over the last couple years, is how everyone on the floor worked together. That did not happen this morning.

I don't know what happened today, but it was terrible. The bacon was not cooked all the way. The hash browns were not cooked as well. The pancakes were terrible. The biscuits were tiny and hard. We waited almost 30 minutes for a cold undercooked breakfast. I returned mine. The coffee refill came when my husband was finishing his meal.

This is so disappointing. It's not fair to the waitress. The table next to ours did not leave a tip We do not live close. I'm hoping the next time we come out will be different.
