Great experience in drive through. Service was fast and the workers were very friendly. Most importantly the food was hot. Very pleased
Go to any other place Burnt old oil chicken nuggets and cold fries. At least the lid was on my drink all the way, or this would have been a 1 star review. I can't expect much for 22$ in food anymore. Lots of employees standing by the dumpster smoking, meaning I get to smell cigarette smoke while waiting for my food. Great job MCDONALD'S

I go here very regularly and love their team! Hoping the day their general manager Christy was very rude was just her having a bad day, but considering the lack of apology or effort in apologizing for her behavior, I'm sadly assuming this may be how she treats her customers and employees, my poor friends at all these mcdonalds she is managing. Would love to be proven wrong and that I too am human and have been found in error.

Lines were long, person taking the order seemed unfamiliar with the menu items. Kept repeating what was already said. Ex: CUST- Cheese Burger, no pickle. MCD. - Cheese Burger?, do you want the cheese?? CUST- yes, I would like a Cheese Burger...NO Pickle. MCD- Chicken Sandwich, add pickles... CUST- not at all. No. Please clear the order and start over.
This was very similar to an order being taken. Apparently the person taking the order was new and was still being trained, had troubles putting the order in couldn't find items on menu.

It seems They are allowed to ignore customers in the drive thru when it is later (9-10pm) in order to not have to work late? There has been at least 5 instances where we've pulled up around 9-915pm and waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for someone to answer and they don't, but when we drive by to leave we can see them sitting in there!! Know other people who've had this same experience!! Terrible management and terrible work ethic!
