I go here very regularly and love their team! Hoping the day their general manager Christy was very rude was just her having a bad day, but considering the lack of apology or effort in apologizing for her behavior, I'm sadly assuming this may be how she treats her customers and employees, my poor friends at all these mcdonalds she is managing. Would love to be proven wrong and that I too am human and have been found in error.

Lines were long, person taking the order seemed unfamiliar with the menu items. Kept repeating what was already said. Ex:
CUST- Cheese Burger, no pickle.
MCD. - Cheese Burger?, do you want the cheese??
CUST- yes, I would like a Cheese Burger...NO Pickle.
MCD- Chicken Sandwich, add pickles...
CUST- not at all. No. Please clear the order and start over.

This was very similar to an order being taken.

This Milan TN McDonald's is one of the best. The staff make it because when they mess something up they fix it immediately and they know how to treat their employees and customers.
