The employees here are always courteous and prompt. I stop here sometime to pickup dinner on the way home. Nice people and good service.

This location is a joke. Me and my family went in a few minutes ago and explain to me how they are out of almost everything I wanted on my sub they were out of one of the most popular bread the rotisserie chicken provolone and olives. How at 7 o’clock are you out of almost everything.

Decided to get an Italian Ultimate BMT, with a coupon I had received in the mail and couple weeks prior. With how high everything is, I'm sure a lot of people trying to save a buck or two. I hold up the coupon, no response, they make the sandwich, I put coupon on counter to present to cashier, she rings me up as I'm putting my card in machine. Once the transaction has approved, another girl speaks up, "oh we don't take Subway coupons anymore." Chicken shit move, wouldn't have bought the sandwich without coupon and definitely won't be back.

I did a mobile order and it was ready when estimated. The sandwich tech at this store make the best sandwich. Ingredients are evenly spread across the whole length of the roll, instead of glopped in one area and sparse in another.

I wanted to order a pizza with turkey but they can't do it?? So I asked what they could put on it and they said ham or bacon. Idk understand why. Then I asked for a toast flatbread sandwich. They can't do that either. I understand that it makes the bread hard and I like it that way. So if I ask for it and I know what it's going to be like then why can I have it like that. Idk about others but I don't like soggy bread. I live about 10 minutes away so by the time I get the little one her food. My sandwich is soggy and I don't like it. This is the third time it's happened!! So I will not be going back!!!

I used the mobile app to order my sub. When I got to the store they had not received my order. I showed them where the order was placed and paid for. They basically told me to take it up with corporate and refused to make my sandwich.
My sandwich was supposed to be toasted. All they did was warm it up a little bit, then when I brought my sandwich back. Although they smiled and said, nice words, they looked at me like I was a problem and then started down talking me.

The management at Dresden Subway is awesome. So are the amazing sandwich makers. DoorDash ruined my order. However the Manager made it right. Best customer experience with Subway you can experience is at Dresden Subway.

This Subway is better than some others on giving good toppings on their sandwiches. However, management should monitor the sandwich prepers a little more closely. I saw one of the prepers taking an order by hand with gloves on using a pen. When he prepared the sandwich, he never changed his gloves. He also scratched himself after making the sandwich. Still, never washed his hands or changed his gloves. The two prepers looked very young, and unmanaged.
They forgot to put lettuce in a salad…..
