I visited this restaurant on 12/1/24 the manager Crystal did not come out of the office to help her employees when they got busy. My wife stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes Crystal walked out of the office walked in front of my wife and asks the lady in the drive thru where front line person (Sam) was. She did not acknowledge/greet my wife at all. She then walked again in front of my wife to the back room to where Sam was and told Sam that there was a customer waiting on him. Sam then came and waited on my wife. That is unacceptable in any restaurant very rude and my thoughts is that Crystal does not need to be a manager at all if that’s how she handles her staff and her customers.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is accessible but kinda hard to maneuver through both doors.

Biscuits were doughy, hashrounds underdone too, cinnamon raisin biscuit dry. All but the drinks were disgusting.

They are very accommodating for my mom's celiac allergy. Food was fresh and not greasy. The staff are very very nice.

I don't typically leave such bad reviews but I've been here twice and both times the frys are drenched in salt & the bacon is undercooked. The service was extremely slow & rather rude since everyone just gaulked at me instead of attempting conversation. Needa clean house or train the staff how to make a basic meal & communication skills.

Boy don’t get a country ham and biscuit anymore. The ham on the biscuit is paper thin. You can’t even taste the ham. Ridiculous for the price to keep going up and meat going away to nothing.
Got 2 for $5.00 breakfast special steak biscuit and sausage with egg biscuit. Good fresh and tasty.

Cold fries, thrown together burger, took almost 10 minutes to get a standard menu item burger. Service was extremely slow and poor. Only 2 people in dining room and 2 in drive-thru. Made the order behind me wrong. And these people want $15 hr... what a joke!

Slow service and not very friendly. Their Nashville Hot is the saddest version I've ever had. The cinnamon roll was pretty good. Overall, there are far better food options in Dunlap.

I often swing through the drive-in for breakfast on my way to work, and they are fast and efficient at taking my order, getting it right the first time, and getting me back on the road.
