Had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. Waited over 15 minutes for our order while multiple customers who arrived after us were served first. When our food finally arrived, one sandwich was carelessly thrown in the bag and had opened up, making a mess. The chicken tenders came with no sauce, and we weren’t given straws for our drinks or any ketchup. When I called to speak with the manager about these issues, they offered no apology and simply said we could ‘come back to the store.’ When I explained we were already out of the area, they told us to come back another day and hung up. No attempt to make things right or even acknowledge the poor service. Multiple problems with both food quality and customer service. Would not recommend.
