Melissa Brian is just the sweetest person I have ever met at McDonald's. She greeted myself and my daughters in the play area as she was cleaning. She shared some wonderful words of kindness that just poured joy into the world. She is such a wonderful example of excellent customer service and just kindness that exist in the world. I have big hopes for her, God Bless You and all you do!

Absolutely the worst place in Dunlap they don’t get the orders right ever and every time I’ve been there I’ve had to go in and get different food cause it was wrong or there was hair in it if you don’t want to get your orders messed up or gross food with hair go right across the street to jacks or go to Taco Bell cause this place is a waist of time and money

I ordered 2 burritos a sausage cheese mcmuffin and a sausage cheese mcgriddle and ended up with a sausage egg and cheese with bacon mcgriddle and 4 chicken biscuits handed me the wrong order

The McDonald's in Dunlap is completely Ill prepared to take door dash orders. They (on a regular basis) ignore people for 15+ min. It took over 30 min to get 2 drinks and 2 10 piece nuggets. 30+ min! That is absolutely ridiculous!
Was actually rolling through Dunlap on our way home and decided to stop for a quick bite and let me add that I particularly don't eat at McDonald's nothing to do with McDonald's just my choice....however we stopped and the staff here are wonderful and the food was actually great and fresh.

By far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to if I can write it a half star I would the food is always old the service it's not fast food it's the slowest service you can imagine I've worked at McDonald's before when I was younger the only reason why it's so bad and slow it's always management and how organized they are this place clearly shows that the manager here does not know what he's doing
