Says open at 5am but the last few morning I’ve came through around 5:10/5:15 and nobody’s been there. Workers are always rude when someone is there and the food taste old.

It's a McDonald's in Dunlap so don't go in with high expectations and you won't be disappointed. It's still ten times better than the McDonald's in Soddy Daisy. 😂😂😂😂

I went inside to order breakfast and while there had to use the restroom. The floors at this location are always super slick like they were covered in grease or wax, so much so that they just keep wet floor signs out all the time. This indicates this is a known problem and they keep them out to cover their butt as now they are not responsible for any injuries that their negligence may cause. When walking back from the bathroom to the lobby, I fell and landed on my back, which hurt my back and my tailbone. I told the front counter about my fall and she said she would tell the manager. I sincerely doubt anything will be done about this. I will avoid the lobby going forward since they do not seem to care about the safety of the customers in the store.

I stop at this place every morning mon-fri around 520-530 , and the 2 people who work most of those shifts are slow and rude ! I can always tell when they are working cause you sit at the speaker for over 10 mins and no one minute please or be with you in just a min , you just sit there and then if you pull around to the window you get an attitude and told well we are the only ones in here , it doesn’t take but a second to tell someone at the speaker you will be with them in a moment it’s better than ignoring them . When those 2 are not there you might wait 5 seconds and you get your order quick and the people are happy and friendly . DO BETTER DUNLAP MCDONALDS !!!!

We waited 30 minute to order she started taking out order and left mid way we waited another 10 for her to come back she never did we left.
