Melissa Brian is just the sweetest person I have ever met at McDonald's. She greeted myself and my daughters in the play area as she was cleaning. She shared some wonderful words of kindness that just poured joy into the world. She is such a wonderful example of excellent customer service and just kindness that exist in the world. Was actually rolling through Dunlap on our way home and decided to stop for a quick bite and let me add that I particularly don't eat at McDonald's nothing to do with McDonald's just my choice....however we stopped and the staff here are wonderful and the food was actually great and fresh.

It's a McDonald's in Dunlap so don't go in with high expectations and you won't be disappointed. It's still ten times better than the McDonald's in Soddy Daisy. 😂😂😂😂
