Every morning I go to order a French vanilla ice coffee on the morning drink stop , but the last two weeks the cashier acts like they hear medium instead of large so I don’t get the discount and then when I complain they say oh well sorry nothing we can do so paid $3 for a medium when large is only $1 because they act like they can’t hear when I know they are doing it on purpose ! This is our go to place to stop at every year after leaving fall creek falls camping. The service is always great and the food is good as well.
The past couple of months, Dunlap’s sonic has gone down hill. Multiple of the stall screens are broken and are unmarked of which ones. Multiple time I have gone, there has been very rude staff. On the app it won’t tell you when food items aren’t available. This happened today (/527/24), me and my parents wanted shakes from sonic and once I got to sonic an employee came out and said, “Our ice cream machine is taken apart to be cleaned. You want a blast?” So I asked her what time they closed and she said 9pm. She kinda looked at me like so just take the blast but we didn’t want blasts so I said refund please. I am very disappointed with this sonic for multiple reasons.

Great food that was delivered to our car promptly by a cheerful server. However, the woman who took our order was curt & had a slight attitude. This was our first experience at a Sonic & had never encountered an ordering system like that before. It would've been nice for the order taker to have been a little more patient with us.

Had a great burrito here this morning and french toast sticks. Great service and server was pleasant and checked on us a couple of times. We sat at the tables set up outside instead of getting curb service.
