It's a Wendy's... not much more you can say about that but I'm giving it 3 stars cause the "pineapple" frosty is actually comprised of mango and I'm allergic to it. Nothing was posted about it being anything but real pineapple

I tried a Parmesan Cesar salad in Soddy Daisy and it was good. So I ordered one in the Dunlap store. Just nasty. The chicken is old, dry and spicy. It looks like they took a very old piece they would normally put on a sandwich and cut it up. I will not come back. I paid $8 for this inedible bowl of yuck ? Unfortunately got myself a desert too and just tried the Cinnabon.... it was old, stale and YUCK? What is up with the old, strong probability of food poisoning, food?

I came to drive-thru I ordered a junior cheeseburger deluxe a small chili and I had the key tag for the free Frosty as I got to the window I was trying to ask her to give me a pack of mayonnaise and extra crackers that I would actually pay for what she didn't listen to me she shut the window in my face like you could care less what I had to say so I had to drive back around after being in a hurry and ask to speak to someone who would listen to me and not shut the window in my face so the manager who is on duty tonight July 28th 2014 at 5:30 p.m. was very rude she said I was holding up her line like my time was not valuable that I had to waste and pull back around and I tried talking to the girl to tell her you know to listen to people and not shut windows and doors in their faces and the manager was just very rude so I pulled off and the more I thought about it I really just wanted a refund and the manager was very rude and she made sure down to the last pretty much pack of salt everything was in that bag and she proceeded to tell me that there's just a bunch of kids working there she got mad because I wanted a refund she told me I had to wait till tomorrow so she wouldn't let me come near the counter only to set the food there she was like she was afraid that I was going to give her a dose of niceness or something this I guess is it against company policy to be able to treat somebody with respect but anyways that was my experience I really hope that they can pull the video that they have going and see how she acted. So I really don't know what to feel likemore valuable than mine I have to go back through line and go

Rude workers. Does not feel like a welcoming place to eat. My order was a to-go order and ended up getting 4 blonde hairs out of my seasoned fries (I'm a brunette so not my hair!) Was there 7/21/24 @ 8:20am food was very cold and definitely not fresh at all!
