Great food
Great service! Friendly people! Pizza was good, plenty of toppings! We will be going back soon.
Ready exactly when it said it would be and it's the best pizza in town!
Ordered to go...live 6 minutes away. Pizza and spaghetti were cold, bread not toasted, wrong dressing for salad, didn't even get spaghetti noodles.
Always very pleased with the pizza here…. Especially the stuffed pizza!!!
Best pizza in town.
After entering the restaurant into a very non-inviting looking building, we came to what was told to me as the best pizza in town. WRONG!
Let's start with the service. Honestly I wasn't overly impressed only because I work customer service. Though everyone was friendly, there didn't seem to be any interest in driving any sales other than what was. I was offered a menu to take if I wanted to order more later and the servers were patient as this was my first time. No one was rude, discourteous, or the like. I just didn't see any real organization in the staff.
Now the food:
Pizza - Spaghetti O's type sauce would've been an UPGRADE to whatever this was on my pizza. It was absolute garbage that I refused to eat after a piece. I literally threw away half the pizza because I didn't want to eat it. Also, where's the cheese? It was sauce with some sprinkles of cheese on a cheese pizza.
I will NOT be back. The food was that bad I am afraid to go back to try anything else.
Alvinos is the best pizza in Dyersburg!!! The Roy boys pizza is the best!!
Awesome pizzas, this coming from a Chicago dude. Great apps and hot dogs as close to Chicago style you will find. Great staff too! Highly recommend you give them your business
Our servers name was Gracie and she was sweet as pie. We drove almost 40 minutes to eat here. The food was very fresh and hot but I was sooooo disappointed with the cheese ratio in the Chicago style pizza. I mean it was literally so little cheese in the pizza I lifted the top off the pizza to see if we even had cheese in the pizza. That’s the perk of Chicago deep dish. No cheese pull and very little cheese inside at all. After Gracie brought our pizza she told us she was going on break and another server would be taking care of us so no one ever checked on us. The food was indeed hot, the atmosphere was not inviting other than Gracie being nice when she came to our table, but our order was missing the main ingredient CHEESE! So we put our order in a box paid and left. The lady that check us out didn’t even ask us how was everything. I’ll take the top crust off and add cheese when we get home

We just moved to Dyersburg. My wife is from Chicago and very picky about her deep dish. The stuffed pizza was very good. We were pleasantly surprised. The menu items are priced affordably. I highly recommend!

Great little pizza place in downtown Dyersburg. Pizzas are the goodest... but their subs are YUM! YUM! My favorite is the Italian Beef. I've eaten Italian Beef all over Chicago, and Alvino's is as good or better. Go for it!
Kid-friendliness: If you kid loves pizza, they'll love Alvino's.
