For a fast food establishment this place was great. Very strong 4. Service was way better than the average and the food prep was far beyond basic service. Lobby was a little messy but completely understandable.

Went here on my Lunch Break the other day. The Drive Thru Attendant was very prompt to answer any questions related to the food, the gentleman at the window was very respectful taking the payment and dispensing the food, and they kept the line moving at a brisk pace for an easy in/out. Very pleasant drive thru experience.
I am a doordash driver and I had been waiting over 20 minutes before someone else comes to me and tells me they don't have roast beef for the customers order. The person at front counter should have told me this when I told him what order I was there to pick up. But he didn't just said the order would be a minute. Very bad service in my opinion.

When we got there service was fine but it toke 1 hour 30mins to get the food and I work as a cook and we don't pre cook stack we cut and cook it bye are self and it don't take no more then 20mins for 4 people to get get stack and more stuff so get new cooks.
Every time I use the drive thru they always leave something out of my order and they have to ask me three or 4 times what I'm saying. The drive thru really needs to be updated. It doesn't work right and I very rarely go here because it's much more hassle to deal with cause I always have to go inside to fix my order and if the inside is closed I have to go all the way back to the back of the drive thru line and fight the same thing with the drive thru person not being able to hear or understand what I'm saying!
It's not very often you walk into a fast food chain and hear CHRISTIAN music!!! The food was fresh, service was great and it was clean. Great job! Keep it up ❤️
