Wait was Long .they had 5 people in there and I had to sit at the menus for 5 minutes before they took my order then at the window for 8 minutes - they need some management there

Clean and the workers were doing a great job at keeping the food fresh and the restaurant clean. We came here after we had an awful experience at Applebee's and this was a much better choice. Thank you to the young woman working the front at working so hard to make it a pleasant experience.Kid-friendliness: My kids loved the food here but it was decided the chicken nuggets were better than the chicken strips.

They was very busy, had a trainee at the register that had issues, and we was told someone didnt show up for work. They forgot part of our order and it took a minute but they got it right. In spite of the issues and complains from other customers, the employees was still cordial to us. Food was good.Parking: It's a smaller lot, but plenty of room.

Drive thru experience was lacking before giving experience first I want to say it was the holidays and I have worked in customer service for over 35 years I know how hard it is to be pleasing to the public you can't make everyone happy but first when you come to take a order don't make your customers feel like they are bothering you this was the job you decided to take don't huff and sigh when asking may I take your order and when you have a question about an item on your menu don't turn around and sigh again and when you don't get the answer you wanted and you pulled to the window and clearly ask do you understand my order that obviously was not correctly made cause your reply well your food has already been made sorry ... Nope not great customer service but my reply to you have a nice night ! Should I have ended it with a sigh ...Yes probably so but my Grandmother popped up in my head and reminded me that" 2 wrongs don't make a right " in other words let it roll off your back !

Waited at the drive thru a couple of minutes, didn't hear any one so I said hello, no response. I waited a bit longer said hello a couple times again, finally someone rudely said place your order. I ordered 2 jalapeños sliders & small fries. Got around to the window, paid a different girl, then the girl who I know took my order came up said to the girl who took my money, here that's my girl. Went on my way. Went to eat my sandwiches and could not eat them, there was more jalapeños on them than there was beef. I know the girl who was working (Dec. 18th at 12 noon) the drive thru did that purposely. I have never seen such a disrespectful person in all my life as her. All I can say is God Bless her cause she's gonna need it. Arby's, I hope you can find a replacement, an employee who cares, not one who cares about disrespect.

So I tried to get the new good burger with everything thats supposed to come on it but instead I got a burnt patty with just pickles (nothing else) Very disappointed with how this experience was.
