This one makes me a little sad.....I have been a big fan of Chick-fil-A in Dyersburg since day one. I used to eat here literally every day for breakfast and sometimes every day for lunch.......not going to lie in the last year or two. The food has just not been as good as it used to be. Seems like the chicken nuggets are always old, cold, and small inedible chunks instead of having some meat on them. The last 3 times at least that I got my chicken minis for breakfast, I ended up throwing them away ,I decided not to get breakfast anymore after the 3rd time. it is way too expensive to be throwing in the trash. The 2 lane drive-through is nice. Their lines are not nearly as long to go through the drive-through anymore, so that's a plus. The remodel they just did makes it very hard to go in and stand to wait on your online pick-up order. It is way too crowded at the doorway now even though you're trying to move around to the other side of the door to stand and wait. You're always in someone's way. I will end on this note.......yes we all love Chick-fil-A, but Dyersburg needs to step back up their game a little. I miss my good hot fresh fast food that I was always used to !
Parking: They have plenty of parking , but the parking lot is always full.
Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes a wheelchair could easily access the doors.

I love Chick-fil-A, I have been to many. I have NEVER had such poor service. The day I went here it was mildly busy but not overly. We waited close to 20 minutes for our food and then another 15 minutes because they forgot to give us iced tea that we ordered. It go to the point where I just stood at the counter waiting for them to serve us. DO NOT GO HERE if you want to be served quickly. I ended up sending my wife across the street to MCD and she came back with her tea and I was still waiting. I just walked out.

The lady at the drive thur had a hard time understanding our order we repeated everything twice to her cause she seem confused and I still ended up with sweet tea instead half and half husband got crispy nuggets instead of grilled nuggets he can't have fried foods and I got apple cidar dressing instead of balsamic vinaigrette.

Waited in line at the drive thru for 25 min while everyone behind us got their food. The girl working the drive thru was chatting with the car behind us. Waited in the front of the line for about 15 minutes. Had to go inside to get our order.

I put in for catering order when I arrived my order was not ready. Waited 2 hours and was so post get refund for 60 fries I didn't get my refund had to call my bank to stop payment. They might be ok for a quick bit but not for catering orders. I will never make that mistake again.
