After waiting an hour after we ordered to get our order, I bite into my burger and there is a piece of hard black thing in it that has broke my tooth, IN HALF! so I go and do the survey on the receipt after I pull this thing out of my mouth. At first I thought it was just hard piece of plastic but after I cleaned it off and really got to looking at it. IT WAS A PIECE IF GLASS!!!!! Picture shows the piece of glass and a part of my tooth that came off.
Side note the lady at the register, Joqwesha is the name on the receipt, was about the only one that knew what she was doing.

Everyone seemed really nice. We only got ice cream and one drink, so I can't honestly tell you how the food was. The ice was out at the drink machine though and the lobby was extremely nasty! Food and sticky all over the tables in the front lobby.

My ice cream was melted not to mention employees were touching the ice cream cone with him uncovered hands on the cone

Messed up my order and charged me more than what it cost store and employees are nasty I will never return an I will recommend nobody goes there and I will be getting ahold of corporate that place needs to be shut down and everybody fired worthless place to eat

Last night I ha the $7 dollar meal
The burger tasted like it had been heated up in a microwave. Very tough . I did not get any ketchup for my fries and no napkins. The ice cream was supposed to be Hot fudge . It was terrible. The chocolate tasted burned . The drink was the only thing good. Wasted my money .

Gave us our sundaes first,we got there at 12:03 and didn’t get out food untill 12:45.Sundaes were melted by then. We only had 3 orders🤣 nothing difficul.

Slow as molasses. I was in the drive thru for 20 minutes. If my grandson wasn't so hungry I would have left sooner. I will not be visiting again

We stopped here on a road trip. The food was good but it took a really long time to get it. We waited in the dining room for over 20 minutes and then we had to go ask about our food. It was still fresh and tasted good, but the long wait was disappointing when we were trying to get in and out of there.

New to the area. Was very disappointed. Got our order wrong twice .so sad . Not the cleanest place either. All the tables were dirty and sticky. Won't be back here.

Decent food but so long to wait for food why even offer a drive through? 22 min for 2 #1 combo meals ..... not joking

Got my order completely wrong we’re rude and didn’t put any ice in my tea that was not sweet
