Quick but very inhospitable and didn't even have the Valentine's Day donuts they were advertising

First off, I come to this Dunkin almost daily so I am very familiar with the workers. With this being said, to the new-ish girl working Feb. 5th morning shift, YOU DID THE DANG THING, and I am so highly enraged for you that your superior completely left you high and dry in the middle of a rush. She was making EVERY ORDER, taking EVERY ORDER, mind you there are like 8 people just standing in the restaurant waiting on orders, not to mention the drive thru filling up. I can only imagine why this place has so much employee turnover *not* DO BETTER FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES

Staff is very fast and friendly. We ordered two coffees but they misheard and charged us for one. They were very apologetic and gave us the second coffee free of charge. Which was very kind of them. The donuts were also fresh.

Lots of potential here but it appears to be run by the children working. Very immature staff, dirty tables with staff goofing around behind the counter. Food has zero consistency, sometimes I have bacon slices and other times it's bacon bits. As far as a grilled cheese sometimes its grilled to a perfect burn or it's not grilled at all, it's microwaved to a chewy mess. If your a gambling person go for it, if you want what you ordered go somewhere else. Seriously a microwaved grilled cheese???? WTH

Prices a little steep. Paid $20 for the same amount of food I could have gotten at BK for half the price. Staff didn’t speak a single word after I placed my order. Tea was bitter. I just think I’ll just stop at BK for breakfast and stay away from here. Was a first time visit, not impressed.

Workers are not friendly at all. There were no customers, maybe 1 at the drive thru window but we stood and stood waiting for someone to wait on us. One guy was filling donut trays and 1 person wiping down drink machine. No one acknowledged us. Owners need to step up

Well, my wife really likes the cold coffees and they do have some good wraps, other than that we just pick up orders and deliver them for Door Dash 🪝 🦅 🪶

2 stars because we did get what we ordered. Got a sugar free latte that was also free of the Splenda I ordered. Also a sausage egg and cheese crescent, with a still frozen egg. Like ice cold. It sucks to be 5 miles down the road and discover my meal was garbage.
