First off, I come to this Dunkin almost daily so I am very familiar with the workers. With this being said, to the new-ish girl working Feb. 5th morning shift, YOU DID THE DANG THING, and I am so highly enraged for you that your superior completely left you high and dry in the middle of a rush. She was making EVERY ORDER, taking EVERY ORDER, mind you there are like 8 people just standing in the restaurant waiting on orders, not to mention the drive thru filling up. I can only...
Staff is very fast and friendly. We ordered two coffees but they misheard and charged us for one. They were very apologetic and gave us the second coffee free of charge. Which was very kind of them. The donuts were also fresh.
Dunkin donuts in dyersburg is the best. I was putting Stevens coffee down and spilled it. The employees were right on it bring ice and cleaning the mess up. Checking on him several times to make sure he was ok. The manager bought 2 donuts to us with me trying to refuse them as this was all my fault. Steve says no doubt the coffee is hot.
