Everytime I go to this place, the lady always comes across as rude. I go multiple times a week, and i always write off her personality as possibly being a cultural difference. This morning I go by, and ask for 3 separate doughnuts because I'm getting them for different people at work. She tells me that she will put them in separate bags, but will have to charge me 20¢ for each bag! Mind you I probably spend 20-30$ every week with this lady. If three different people came into the store, and bought one doughnut, she would have used 3 bags. But tells a loyal repeat customer that she is going to charge them for the bags. The lady is rude and I'LL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR HERE AGAIN!

They have fresh donuts, but are never open, you can never rely on them to be there on scheduled days, show up sign on door and lady is very rude, will make you catch a case. Liked the old owner’s better they had the best red velvet donuts, I don’t know how these new owners are staying in business

The lady is very rude she tries to keep your extra change without asking she changes the prices of her donuts everyday I would have there to get $10 donuts and it's only got like $7 out of a $20 yesterday I went and got a dozen donuts and it was 1198 so she's very rude and I will never ever go back in there just plain rude rude rude rude

The owner of shop is just down right rude. Donuts are OK, but my mood get ruined whenever I interact with person behind counter. I want to eat my donuts with a smile. Going to Daylight Donuts from now on.

Second time there will not be another. Save yourself and don’t stop. Not a donut to be seen. They should close up.

Unfortunately, the woman owner's rude behavior overshadowed the taste of the donuts. When asked to use gloves prior to packaging the food, due to the woman owner whipping her nose during the ordering process, I was denied service. The female owner turned her nose up and walked away. Customer respect is key as well. I will never return.

How to you go from the best to worst in a year? 830am, not hardly a donut to be found in there. Of the two I did get, was was just partially fair, the ther was the wrong one put in bag, I wasn't paying attention as I was looking for my cash. Had to use a card and 5.00 minimum....ok, so I bought a coffe too. I was ok, then found a half sized apple fritter I didn't order, and it was likely 3 days old, hard as a brick. Coffee....nice...nope, burnt to almost black. Horrible. I went back in to get the donut I asked for, but the person in front bought the last 4 donuts they had....I will likely not go Back now. Wasted time, wasted money. How do some small business owners not care anymore?
