Cutest little hole in the wall place for a BBQ joint, LOVE LOVE the name. Service was IMPECCABLE. Sir cooking the bbq was very kind & sweet, & the woman who took our order was so nice, very polite & welcoming!! Honestly, they had the BEST potato salad I’ve ever had in my life & I normally don’t even like potato salad. It was a really refreshing lunch, & alot of food for a $11 plate!! Just wonderful. We knew a storm was coming so we ordered early. We did not check it and should have. They used mustard slaw and we asked for separate and she repeated it. No extra sauce was included and we asked for it on the side. We spent $39. They need to listen carefully and write it down if that's what they need to do.
I drove an hour to try this spot (Hog Heaven) it was recommended and I was not disappointed! Got the jumbo bbq sandwich and a pound to go the meat is excellent and the slaw was absolutely perfect.....perfect hot sauce.....they use shoulder meat instead of the butt (the way it's supposed to be done)!!!!! Will make the trip again just for the bbq.....thanks for the perfect bbq..... you can't find good bbq anymore!!!!!
My favorite bbq of all time...I used to live on Shelby Drive for many years and we used to order a family pack of bbq a couple times a month at least .... sadly now I live in North Dakota and there aren't any legit bbq restaurants up here . I miss y'all so much ?... would y'all be able to ship me a family pack up this way !? ?
