Food and atmosphere was great along with the service. Prices were good and mid range. Coffees were good too.

Everything we had was delicious! (Iced coffee with dark chocolate and a peach smoothie)

I made my order on the local app. And they forgot my drink and had to leave my job to go pick it up which I had to leave my food at my job which caused my food to be cold.

Best Coffee I have had since leaving Japan. Fantastic rich flavor and not acidic. Kids liked the Pastries and the smoothies.

Won’t be back. Had several bad experiences. This last one , will be THe last one. Biscuits and gravy and sausage roll. The sausage roll was so hard that it could be used for a dog toy. The biscuits and gravy.. the gravy was literally water. I was so angry .i was told that the sausage roll had been microwaved ( which I had assumed) I stood there for over 30 minutes, hoping to get it rectified. Finally I had to start asking them , what was happening. They went in the kitchen for a bit and finally replaced it . I have given them a lot of business. Especially since my mother had been sick, and they have chili , and stew as options. I doubt they will miss us patronizing the establishment. Otherwise, we would have had less issues and more appreciation, for choosing them.

Edit: Visited while traveling through on 11/29/24 and received a nasty dirty snowman. Very disappointed for the price. We have been coming this direction for years primarily to stop at this coffee shop. Not so sure it’s worth it.

I’m always left disappointed. I use to love this place. I got a Philly steak sandwich after a friend hyped it up and it was SO SALTY I couldn’t even eat it. Straight up just salt. I threw it out and went and got lunch else where. I went another time for a cappuccino and I’m sure they gave me just black coffee so I went home and added my own creamer. I’ve given up on this place. Between the extensive wait, prices and quality, I would go elsewhere or just make your own at home.

Amazing people and food

Food and drinks were excellent. Service left a little to be desired. I don’t think it was from lack of effort of the staff. Just seemed like communication was off that day. So I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt.

I’ll be back to try their different flavors of tea and ice cream.

Update: I’ve been back several times and service is consistently lacking. I see people actively ignore when they need help at the counter. This appears to be a training and lack of management oversight issue.
