There were flies flying around the dining room and where the food was being cooked A kid by the name of Chris heard a lot of people calling him. CJ was extremely rude disrespectful and had hateful speech coming out of his mouth. Do not recommend this KFC to anybody would rather visit Union City than Dyersburg ever again. Please avoid this restaurant it is filthy.

I'm tired of getting undercooked/raw chicken Everytime I order here. Most of the employees are rude and would rather play around than take someone's order, let alone make it right. I would not recommend this place, try Gus's, Chick Filet, Zaxby's or anywhere else (gas stations included) for a better experience.

Where do I even start? KFC has changed my life. I honestly don't think I would be here today if it were not for the staff and chicken here at the good ole Dyersburg location. It's the best food you will ever eat in your entire life; it makes Gordon Ramsey's beef Wellington look like stale ramen. If you go to this Kfc and are disappointed I will personally mow your lawn for the next decade!! My only complaint is that the staff is sometimes too kind, and punctual. KFC has become a beloved member of my family, and I weep on the days I don't get off in time to get that finger licking good chicken. 5 stars doesn't even begin to justify the level of quality that goes into this chicken!!!
Great way to knock out a craving for fried chicken. There was about a 6 minute wait before luckily one of the line workers turned and took my order because the cashier refused to. The $7 Fill-Up was delicious and oddly even the little pie bites were cooked well and that doesn't often happen. There is no ice in the lobby but it is available from behind the counter and the dining area is far from spotless but definitely not disgusting.
