Great way to knock out a craving for fried chicken. There was about a 6 minute wait before luckily one of the line workers turned and took my order because the cashier refused to. The $7 Fill-Up was delicious and oddly even the little pie bites were cooked well and that doesn't often happen. There is no ice in the lobby but it is available from behind the counter and the dining area is far from spotless but definitely not disgusting.

We all love the Colonel but it's like my wife said, the employees are in dire need of some communication skills, and folks I apologize but when you've been delivering for Door Dash as long as we have, well anyways we don't hand too many good reviews 😉.

My grandson and I got a famous bowl Wednesday afternoon and we both got food poisoning and even the cat got sick! This is ridiculous and nasty!!!!!

It's been a while since we've been able to go to KFC.

We've been craving their chicken lately, and it just so happened that we were in Dyersburg, where the nearest store is located, so we decided to grab some takeout before heading home.

I downloaded their app and created an account to place a mobile order and to see if they offered any app-exclusive deals. Placing the order was effortless, and they do offer a variety of discounts if you use the app.

After paying at checkout, the app confirmed my order and indicated everything would be ready in 10 minutes.

We arrived at the designated time, and although there was a designated location at the counter for mobile pick-ups and delivery orders, my order wasn't yet available.

I worked at a fast food restaurant before and know it's harder work than most think. You have to converse with angry customers quite frequently, so I allow a lot of grace when it comes to the employees.

That said, I stood at the counter for a good 10 minutes past my scheduled pick-up time before anyone inquired about my order. It wasn't until then that the contents of my order started to be compiled.

About 15 minutes after my scheduled pick up time, I was able to get our order and head home.

To be clear about things, the employees weren't mean or disrespectful ... they just weren't in a hurry ... either that or they had a lot of orders in front of me to fill.

Overall, the food was good, and the Vanilla Pepsi I got was fantastic.

The app is really convenient to use, and I earned 185 points toward future reward offers (most rewards start at 250 points to redeem). Plus, I took advantage of the $5 off any order of $10 or more deal that the app offered.

It was not a terrible experience by any means, just one that could use some improvement.

Worst kfc ever ! They stop taking orders at 2pm saying they’re waiting for the next shift so they aren’t taking orders! If it rains they don’t take orders ! Terrible customer service! Never coming again they need a whole new crew obviously their motto is don’t serve any food just ride the company clock without working !

I literally just waited 35 minutes to receive my order- a bucket of chicken, mashed potatoes, biscuits and coleslaw. Meanwhile they gave 4 people that I was ahead of their meals first. I even questioned part way through if I was forgotten. All staff was walking around at the speed of snails. Ridiculous. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’m not coming back.

First let me say that the young lady at the drive through window,was AWESOME!! My complaint is concerning THE FOOD. I asked for a BREAST and two WINGS. I got TWO BREAST A PIECE OF A WING. ALL THE BREADING WAS FALLING OFF THE CHICKEN ,IT WAS TOO RUBBERY TO ENEM CHEW .WHEN I GOT HOME ALL THE CHICKEN FEEL RIGHT OUT THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX ??‍♂️??‍♂️??‍♂️THIS WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!
