Worst kfc ever ! They stop taking orders at 2pm saying they’re waiting for the next shift so they aren’t taking orders! If it rains they don’t take orders ! Terrible customer service! Never coming again they need a whole new crew obviously their motto is don’t serve any food just ride the company clock without working !

I literally just waited 35 minutes to receive my order- a bucket of chicken, mashed potatoes, biscuits and coleslaw. Meanwhile they gave 4 people that I was ahead of their meals first. I even questioned part way through if I was forgotten. All staff was walking around at the speed of snails. Ridiculous. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I’m not coming back.

First let me say that the young lady at the drive through window,was AWESOME!! My complaint is concerning THE FOOD. I asked for a BREAST and two WINGS. I got TWO BREAST A PIECE OF A WING. ALL THE BREADING WAS FALLING OFF THE CHICKEN ,IT WAS TOO RUBBERY TO ENEM CHEW .WHEN I GOT HOME ALL THE CHICKEN FEEL RIGHT OUT THE BOTTOM OF THE BOX ??♂️??♂️??♂️THIS WAS A TOTAL WASTE OF HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!

The fries were old, Not Fresh chicken is OK. The individual size sides are the size for a kids meal... 6 pc FAMILY meal, not really a great deal, with all items considered. The biscuits were great though. Disappointed with the rest?

This is a rare KFC that has the buffet style service now you can’t go up and get what you want but when you go into order your food it’s almost instant and 90% of time it’s always fresh. The store is very nice service extremely fast and the staff is friendly.

Parking: Plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: No playground, but yes, it’s kid friendly

Just got robbed. 56 bucks for 2 16 piece chicken tender meals. Got home and there are 7 tiny pieces of chicken bites. Not even enough to feed 3 of us no less the 6 of us. I want my dam money back!

So far in the last 6 months I have ordered from here and they can't fill my order and was told they couldn't even fill half of that! It was 16 pieces of chicken! CHICKEN!! And this was before 9pm. They close at 11pm!!! Who has a restaurant that specifically has Chicken on the menu( and the name I might add) and doesn't have chicken!!! As for the 1 star on the service it was the lowest score I could give it it would read -3!! They were extremely rude and quick to tell me no and was rude to the door dash driver at one time he was picking it up. I know because I was on the phone with him at the time. If I were you, I would probably rather eat McDonald's!! Yuck!! That sounded terrible coming out of my mouth!! I have to go wash my mouth out now!!!

The chicken was so greasy that the breading was falling off...the Mac & cheese was so dry (disgusting). The cashier was rude when I asked for the $20 fill up deal...she said it didn't include any sides..just chicken. Had a problem at this location once before but thought I'd give them another chance....I'm done with the Dyersbyrg KFC. Wish I could post a picture of the ad for the $20 deal.
The family dinners is to die for in the drinks I love everything pretty much but just like within the other restaurant it all depends on who's cooking the food

Ordered on app. Two bowls no nuggets and a 10 PC nugget .The little girl in the back made fun of me for taken the nuggets out the bowl but ordering nuggets on the side. I just had dental surgery and the mashed potatoes bowls is about the only thing I can eat I can't chew. The nuggets were for my child. IV never been so upset I physically left crying. Thank you for the worst service ever.
