the pharmacist didnt tell me there was a refill on the meds i had just started when we were going over everything, so ive been skipping days on my antipsychotics and calling my doctors everyday trying to get them. im 20 and ive never gotten a prescription filled on my own before this. it wouldve been nice to know i could just call and get it. as someone with autism and psychosis, this caused an extreme amount of unnecessary stress. definitely switching pharmacies after this.

Do not use this store. The pharmacist will make you run out of your medication even though that's not what the law states he won't follow the law he does what he wants when he wants to they make you feel like you're nothing and they're snobby rude I seen a woman wait for an hour and a half and even then they didn't help her they just took the clock down so she couldn't keep looking at it they literally took the clock off the damn wall they were making people wait so long then they're giving people live vaccines which spread and shed different illnesses right there next to where they're giving other people medication again these people are thieves I have seizures the law states that I'm a pick my medication up on day 30 so that I don't know my doctor says do not run out of this medication the bottle says do not run out of this medication the pharmacist at Kroger said you have to run out then get behind the wheel of your car drive 20 miles to get here because we don't deliver and put everybody on the road between here and there in danger because I haven't had my medicine for the day and when I miss a dose the dose I take at 6:30 every morning then I'm more likely to have a seizure what do you know they wouldn't fix it until I told them if I run off the road or I hit somebody I'm going to sue the piss out of you and you'll never work for anybody again then then all of the sudden he was worried about following the law but by then I had already on the had to call Kroger's corporate office and for 4 months in a row because of their pathetic pharmacist they've had to send me gift cards trying to make up for the crap that they put me through they're $20 gift card ain't crap they need to send their pharmacist a $20 gift card along with a notice that he no longer has a job actually they need to clean the house when it comes to that pharmacy even the women are snobby rude and I have never met somebody who looked down on others so much I don't know why you would hire somebody who's so much better than everybody else that they look down on them and make them feel like dog do like wow who doesn't love going and buying something off of a piece of s*** and then being treated like a piece of s***

Took 10 minutes to get waited on at the dele counter and then the young man acted put out that he had to wait on me. This store always has a lot of empty shelves.
