I would never go to this place based on how the owner treated my staff the other day at my restaurant. Surprised to even find you work in a restaurant and still think you can treat people the way you do. Also reading your responses to some of the negative comments say a lot too. God bless you cause you definitely need it.

Cornbread dressing is so yummy. Mashed potato casserole is delicious. All the food is seasoned just right and agrees with my taste buds. Highly recommend!

While I do recommend Mary Lou's, I hesitate to leave bad reviews. had family of 8 join for Sunday 'buffet'...there was no meat on the buffet at the time, so a few of us just got our 3 veggies and ate that until meat was available. meat was not out for a long time, we were about all finished, so a couple of our party had a dessert in place of the meat we would be charged for. the 8.50 price not the 10 plus price. we only drank water. at the register the lady very bluntly and rudely stated the desserts were adding 2.00 each. she said we should have done the full buffet if we wanted dessert...HOW ABOUT HAVING THE MEAT AVAILABLE if you are gonna charge me for it. She had an opportunity to win a regular customer and family, but by horrible decision making on customer service, I think she blew this one. the better way would have been to state that next time do it this way or that, but she could have compromised the pudding dessert for a Meat... The food is good, no complaint. This review could have been easily avoided.

What an amazing place to eat. It was my first time there, and I loved the atmosphere. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Our waitress was very friendly and quick to pour us fresh and hot coffee. I will definitely return!!!!

Good down home cooking. Biscuits were really good. Feels like this is the definition of a scratch kitchen. Seated right away, staff was attentive. Will go back if we are in the area again.
