My husband and I went in to order Alfredo and breadsticks The manager there was pleasant and said She would bring it out in 15 minutes We paid and it was around $31 for each of us For the Alfredo and a small order of breadsticks We also got 2 2 liters of drinks Waited and waited and it was 40 minutes later we thought for sure this could not take this long so we drove to drive thur and the manager came to the window Then is when she Remembered Oh they have food We pay her and she hands the food and never said I’m sorry or anything Yes we were forgotten Pizza Hut Dyersburg Tn

Nvr call in when order from this place. They won't actually take the order. After calling and ordering we ended up having to get the order remade due to it not being placed in the system. Then when we told them what we wanted, we were asked what two toppings apiece for the pizzas we wanted. But was charged extra for the second toppings..... worst pizza hut in the area.

I actually ordered online/delivery. It was New Years Eve. I understand they were busy. My 56 minute delivery time took 2 hours and fifteen minutes. The driver took my money, it should have been free. Plus the order wasn't right. Never again.
Great location. I usually get exactly what’s expected, great pizza at a solid price. Staff is actually friendly and appear to enjoy their jobs which is so rare right now. I do however have an issue with being ask if I would like to add a tip to food that is already paid for. If I wanted to add a tip to an order I went to the restaurant to pick up, it would be included. There’s something so incredibly wrong about asking for tips and not just the employees. Lowest recommended tip percentage on an order I have to go to the store to pick up is 15%, I have to do a custom tip to tip anything under that. I am very serious when I say if it is a regular thing to be asked for a tip at the window when I’m picking up my own order, I promise you I will stop returning to this restaurant. I will fix my review back to a five star as the restaurant deserves when they stop requesting tips Both in app and in person.

I'm Bridgette Kyzar I called and placed an order over the phone for one large pepperoni melt without anything else and Parmesan shaker I ordered the second order was a half chicken bacon ranch or chicken parm with white sauce and the other half French fries with a 20 oz Dr pepper and then a $7 chocolate chip cookie to split and it was delivery I gave $40 to the driver he gave me $4 bills that was not the correct change I called and reported it to Sean at the dyersburg Dyer county Tennessee restaurant he told me he would not give me my cash back but he would refund it in Pizza Hut basically dollars are a debit card I call this morning which is today is September the 2nd 2024 to have the order replaced one chicken parm with french fries one pepperoni full melt one 20 ounce Dr pepper and $17 chocolate chip cookie and the lady that was there today some black lady tried to charge me $7.88 to replace the phone and I'll leave my telephone number for you to figure it out because the lady hung up on me here today at dyersburg and this was simply your error I and my husband are home doing we're supposed to because we are positive for covid-19 and we thank y'all for it being such a luxury experience with y'all behind us delivering our food thanks you did not stand up to your guarantee of get your pizza anyway you want it anyway you want it even when you pay for it you'd like to get it replaced for free especially when they didn't fix it right to be with Shawn needs to be taken care of and so does the lady Sarah. What my driver pulled up and delivered was two meat lover pepperoni melts with french fries and a $7 brownie with no drinks no parmesan cheese no sauce no receipt and he gave me the wrong amount of change back out of a $40 bill should have been $5 and some change he gave me four ones and then tell me he couldn't come and bring it back to me they did try to return and they did charge me again to bring me a Coke because they forgot that as well but the whole order from last night was wrong.

Order from there often. Normally it's a great experience, and we all love this pizza. Last night was horrible though. We ordered two pizzas. We've been ordering them with the garlic parm sauce base for the past 3 orders now. We had one with chicken, bacon and cheese on garlic parm, hand tossed. Another handtossed just extra cheese on garlic parm. They had no cheese. I've been ordering these long enough to tell you, there was nothing but the garlic parm on them. Got a refund but seriously, the Lelani(I'm not sure if I spelled her name correctly but you get the drift), had a horrible attitude and was very rude. Obviously doesn't understand how to interact with customers.
Staff was great and he suggested a current promotion to save money on the order. Also, I placed the order as a walk-in customer. I went out to my vehicle to for my order. When the pizza was ready, he delivered it to my vehicle!!

This place is good. The staff are always nice and helpful, but it seems odd that they don't deliver to our house. Mabye there's a rule that says they can't go outside of city limits, but it should probably be made to a certain amount of miles out of city limits or even just have the distance stay within Dyersburg as a whole. The pizza was good, but Papa John's is definitely a little better. They both have different styles in a way though.
Parking: There is plenty of parking if you are picking up.
Ordered pizza to be delivered and store lost all record of my order so 1.5 hours later we never got a pizza. Last time this same store delivers my order 30 mins late. I have been a Pizza Hut lover for years but it’s time to stop when they can care less about their customers.
