I asked for extra sauce after just spending $38 there and the lady wanted to charge me for extra sauce when I asked for it to be on my meal and didn't get it.

I didn't get anything I was mainly there taking a homeless man to get something to eat. We got 2 corndogs and a chocolate shake. He loved that shake. I took him back where he hangs out and that was as much as I did with Sonic.

Originally tried to order through the App. Would not work! Special for today was Buffalo Chicken dip bites. The special showed a 5 piece snack and a price of $2.99. When I got to Sonic to order, ,they charged me $4.29. When I questioned it, they said $2.99 was for the 3 piece snack. So, I went ahead and ordered 2 5-piece snacks fo$4.29 each. Fast-forward when I got home and the chicken bites were so overcooked they couldn’t be eaten ?. Overpriced and under delivered!

If they get the order wrong and the customer has to drive back then the customer should be compensated, especially since Sonic introduced this tipping scheme you are asked to pay before you get the food or experience the service.

I go to Sonic on a regular basis. Dyersburg Sonic is no where near the quality of the others. Ordered a breakfast burrito and it was hard and crunchy. How can a burrito with only egg and cheese be crunchy?

I worked at this Sonic a month ago they do not wear gloves when they make food they have rats and cockroaches I worked there I know general managers name is Brandon he is just as nasty as they store is
