The guy that checked me out was completely rude and refused to honor my 6.99 for a footling that is on the app instead charging me full price. I want my discount. To say that I am beyond pissed off is an understatement. Who owns them now? This is ridiculous!!

We ordered from here just to get our sandwiches made wrong. I called up there to talk to a manager and they told me to bring it back and I told them I lived a little ways out and he said there is no other option so I said if you give me the gas money back I will cause I didn't mess the order up they did and he said he couldn't help at all. Worst place ever to get a sub.

First of all, the service is quick but it's their way of rushing you through. Secondly , they cut the meat in half and don't even ask for more than 3 spinach leaves! They charge extra if you ask for more sauce regardless of what it is! My 6 inch sub cost $9.00 because I asked for more vinegar!!! Apparently there's new owners now. I will never be back here to eat!!!! Take my advice and stay away, far away!

Order was made correct, but the way my food was thrown together and put into my bag, was so pathetic I almost didn’t want to eat it. Normally this location is very neat and clean but the way my food was just thrown together today made me really upset!

Personally, I was a little disappointed they did not have what we typically order when we go in and were a little limited with what was on-hand, but on an inclement weather day where most others were closed it is to be expected. This does not subtract from the fact that overall the service we received was great and the atmosphere was very pleasant, and we were happy to find a place open on such a day. Kudos to the staff for making the best they could and being very professional!

Placed an online order, sandwich did not have half of what I requested. After calling the store 4 times (now an hour and 1/2 after picking up my order), I finally got an assistant manager. She never gave her name nor did she apologize for the inaccuracy of the order. She said there was nothing she could do if I did not bring the order back to the store. Customer service is just AWFUL!!!

Ordered from the subway in dyersburg after working overnight shift & haven’t eaten anything. We got one turkey titan and one chicken teriyaki. There is no reason why we should have to sit here and deconstruct our sandwiches because the toppings were backward and teriyaki sauce was put on both. Will never order here again.

Rude and unprofessional. I mistakenly walked in at closing time. My apologies. Instead of politely informing me they closed at 9, the gentleman behind the counter screamed at me “WE LITERALLY CLOSE IN 2 MINUTES “
Wow. Whatever happened to be kind and polite to customers? We weren’t trying to hold anyone up. Simply thought 10pm was closing not 9. Why not lock the door and turn the sign to closed if you didn’t plan to serve any more customers? Unpleasant to say the least.
