My tacos was cold and soggy and my drink was super plat. The loaded nachos where cold and soggy as well. Do not deliver or going up there at night the service is poor.

I hate to leave a negative review, but this is probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. It is inefficient, dirty, and just overall has a bad vibe. If you order on the app, you will still wait in line because they will keep your food behind the counter and ignore you. Be sure to check your bag because they often leave things out - even though you enter the order on your phone or on their screens. Top it off that the kitchen looks filthy and even though the app may say pick up in, say, 10 minutes, don’t expect your food to be ready for at least 30 minutes. Buyer beware! FYI… the TB in Newbern seems much better or go to Chipotle down the road.

My friend went in for an interview and got hired on the spot. They took a copy of his ID and SS card and said they would call him the following day. This happened a month ago and he is just now telling me. Anyways he called the next day and no answer on the phone. Called for a week straight and refused to answer the phone. So why hire someone for a job if you’re not gonna call him back. But, you hired your friend and also said you did your two hiring for a week. So your friend can work there but not the guy who actually came in dressed up for an interview. Smh. Do better Taco Bell

I ordered 2 five layer burritos, 3 supreme soft tacos, a nacho bell grande, and a burrito supreme. What we relieved was 3 five layer tacos, 3 crunchy regular tacos and a nacho bell grande... Then I asked them to get them to correct my order where they went into full blown argument mode. I ended up walking out without my order corrected. I tried to eat what they gave me but the beans and meat tasted very old. Customer service sucks. The food sucks. I'll be glad when the Chipotle opens!
