Eggs were cooked perfectly. Great menu choices to pick from. Friendly staff, especially Teresa. The prices are very reasonable, food was served quickly, and coffee was hot, fresh and topped off.

Dang I wish I could remember our servers name..told myself I would..she was fabulous...I did remember to tip her generously...I do remember it was only 4 letters..We sat at end of counter and got to watch the entire process...so efficient

I've been a lot of places I'm eating a lot of restaurants because I travel about It's about 40 weeks out of the year but in my entire time of traveling I have never asked to leave a restaurant simply because the restaurant decided to switch to take out orders only it's out at 11 o'clock at night It wasn't like I had just walked in I had already placed my order they were cooking my order and was informed that I would have to take my order to go I realize that covid has got the world changed but at what point do we stop treating customers like crap

We stopped in for breakfast and there was a brief wait. Time was of the essence, because we were on a road trip and wanted to get started. After a few minutes, we were seated at the counter. We had an opportunity to observe the kitchen in operation, and it was good to see. Everything is like clockwork, very smooth. My husband had scrambled eggs, hash browns with mushrooms and jalapeños, and bacon. I had a pecan waffle, 2 eggs over medium, and sausage patties. Our food was served promptly, and was very good. It's a well run establishment.

I stopped in the mountains during a cross country drive and I had no idea where I was. I was in a beautiful mountain community and the Waffle House was the restaurant near the highway exit. I got hungry late at night and the Waffle House was my only option. I got the triple hash browns all the way. Honestly I don't know what all was on them. All I know is that the cook let me put gravy on half and chili on half. They were amazing. Just as good as the food was the fun conversation with staff and other customers around 11pm. I was encouraged to apply for a job, but I would rather enjoy the experience as a customer. Thanks again.

I sat down ordered one of few items I can because of diet restrictions. For was normal and as expected. Waiter was more concerned with talking about starting a band with another customer than service. I was two stools away, sitting at counter. Had to ask for drink refill and interrupt his conversation about a band. Him and the customer was listening to a video also without headphones so I could not do my safety video and hear it with my headphones on.
always know i can rely on this place. can go any time of day. or night. probably the part of the day that is dark because it's honestly just the night. 4 am always comforting to walk in there and i know i will have a tasty meal in a short matter of minutes.

We stopped in Waffle House in Monteagle for Saturday breakfast . Wait staff were very quick, friendly and courteous. Food was hot and fresh and great. Definitely recommend for a quick hot breakfast.

Stopped here for breakfast before heading out toward home . Typical fare for Waffle House all good But service was over the top , think every one came by and spoke said by as was leaving

It was good all the way around. Food was good. Service was even better. Restaurant was clean. There was a large amount of homeless drunks in the area. Kind of a turn off when walking around with the family. But all in all it was good
