Passing through and stopped at Wendy’s which we usually enjoy. Walked in, no A/C (it’s 90° here today) and noticed a couple of flies too. Headed to the bathroom, no soap in the dispenser which means that female employees cannot wash their hands after using the restroom. Walked back out to my husband and told him that we would find somewhere else to eat. Then he told me that while he was waiting for me, another customer was waiting at the counter to return her burger which was not cooked. In their defense, it looked as though they were understaffed, but come on, Wendy’s, either do better or close your doors.

My family and I were visiting Dyersburg and we decided to stop and get Wendy's before heading home, so we placed a mobile order. A good indicator of whether a fast food restaurant is good or not is seeing zero cars in the parking lot on a Friday evening, which is what we saw once we arrived. Our order was very simple, but we were stil made to pull up to the door and wait. They brought our food out to the car but forgot to give us our drinks, so we had to wait once again to receive two drinks. Once I started eating my food, my asiago sandwich was missing the ranch sauce and had mayo instead. The food wasn't bad, but it could've been better just as their attitudes could've been better too.

Corporate needs to take a look at this location before it gets shut down. Terrible service. By far the worst wendys ive ever been too and I've been to many locations.

I only gave it one, because I can’t give them a 0. We went there early and ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget meal, a Dave’s triple meal and a junior bacon cheeseburger with no cheese add onions. The chicken nuggets were cold. The burgers were cold. The fries were cold and hard. The large lemonade that was included in the chicken nugget meal tasted like dirt. This really upset me because I just started serving lunch so it had no reason to be cold and not fresh. 10000/10 I highly don’t recommend!

I ordered a son of a baconator and this is what I got with fries that was not all the way full, we waited in drive three for 20 mins before my husband went in and the lady forgot we was even there waiting so the manager made them make our food fresh

The whole restaurant reeks of weed on top of the heaps of flies that were flying around the restaurant, the employees are very rude and have zero respect whatsoever. the food was cold and it was hard like it had been sitting in there for days. definitely would NOT recommend eating at this restaurant
Lots of flies everywhere, in the restrooms, in the dining area, and overall in the kitchen and foor preparation area. Disgusting, I am not sure how health services allow them to operate in such an unhealthy environment.

When you order something on the menu and they tell you, it will be a 45 minute wait before you can get it. That’s a bit much. It’s Thursday night at 8 o’clock and they’re telling you to wait 45 minutes on your food BS. Don’t use this restaurant
