My first experience at this quaint, cute little restaurant/café was exceptional. Now I will say, I did order online because I was going to the various little shops in this small little town, albeit adorable, little town. My order was ready in less than 10 minutes and I walked in and knew exactly where to go per their signage. The atmosphere is lovely and certainly befitting of the name. The lady standing at the counter was super helpful and kind. I ordered the chicken salad wrap...
We stopped in at the Grindstone for breakfast and coffee drinks. The atmosphere is marvelous. It’s a great place to spend time and visit with friends.
However, the sausage biscuit was very dry and my breakfast roll was average. My latte was hot but the flavor was a bit off.
The cinnamon roll was microwaved hard and chewy.
I think the place deserved a second visit as it’s likely the kitchen was having an off morning.

Coffee was absolutely amazing, the service was impeccable and staff was super friendly. I will definitely be frequenting this establishment again in the future. If you haven't been here yet, do yourself a favor and go... unless you have a super addictive lifestytle... then it might not be a good idea...
