Such a great time to get off work stop on way home order french dip, an steak bite combo. Drive home , man where's the dip. Defeats the The purpose of ordering the French dip. Major bummer

Ordered a half pound beef and cheddar meal got a sandwich that was the less than regular sized with a slice of cheese on it no cheddar cheese and no sauce but was still charged $15.61 for this. Called back up and I was told that cheddar cheese machine was out of order and I told them that would have been nice to know and I would have ordered something different and the response was “sorry we’re trying our best”. Hate to know this is their best effort. Rip off. Will never go back there again.

I just left from here on my way to work and it was super slow and when I got to the window the dude was barely talkative. I get not liking your job but I work in customer service you have to fake it all sometimes. Anyways Im leaving such a bad review because I just made it to work and immediately started throwing up because of the food. When I first opened the roast beef sandwhich I initially thought it smelled funny but then I smelled again and it didnt smell the same as it did at first but right when I walked into work I had to go throw up. Didn’t even get to clock in yet.

My review is based on ur current so called management like Stephany and upper management Lauren there attitude is so out of control!!! Yelling at there employees in front of customers! Having such disrespect for ur employees! How do u account for that behavior! Or keep good employees from just quitting because of not being treated with respect!!!!! Letting that power of being a manager go beyond what they should!!!!! Why is it so difficult to try and talk to Stephany about arrangements to have a day off because of a doctors appointment! Or having to do any important date! She gives u a lecture in front of customers! That to me would be completely disrespectful! How can she even be a manager with a really bad attitude like that! She is a lot of reason why a lot of ur employees have just up and quit! Because of her lack of respect! Plus she has been extremely rude to customers! To where the customers have complained to other employees because of her complete disrespect to them!!!!!! Maybe u should think about that!! Ur gonna keep having more and more employees just quit because of the lack of hours they get and how they are treated
Ordered Mac and cheese bites that were prepared fresh (worth the wait) the cashier was friendly and even gave our Beef and Cheddar sandwiches to us so we could eat while we waited for the Mac and cheese bites which was thoughtful. Not likely to happen most of the time but she provided a good service for Arby's. She should get a raise most places would just ask you to pull up and you end up getting hot cheese bites and a cold Beef and Cheddar.
Parking: I wouldn't say that they lack parking spots but the parking is sorta awkward like.
