Ordered Mac and cheese bites that were prepared fresh (worth the wait) the cashier was friendly and even gave our Beef and Cheddar sandwiches to us so we could eat while we waited for the Mac and cheese bites which was thoughtful. Not likely to happen most of the time but she provided a good service for Arby's. She should get a raise most places would just ask you to pull up and you end up getting hot cheese bites and a cold Beef and Cheddar.

Gonna have to brag about the service I received this evening. Saturday nights are usually tough for restaurants, but the staff made it look easy. Michael was exceptional, friendly, easy to understand, and thorough with my families order. So much so that I was caught off guard because the other surrounding restaurants are hit or miss every single time. Michael has a work ethic and approach that is second to none.
