Service sucks!! Why does it take two people to make one simple order??? Instead of properly delegating one employee stands there looking lost while the other moves as slow as possible for a cup with two scoops. Do better!! No other baskin Robbin’s is like this.

Incredible customer service! A young man by the name of Luke served me, my daughter got a layered sundae, and he was incredibly respectable and polite! My daughter said she loved the layered sundae, and he smiled and was very friendly! It’s rare to see such respectful young men in today’s world… Definitely will be coming back on the weekends.

Everyone is always so nice here! My husband went in to order an Oreo Blast, or at least that's what I thought it was called. It turned out that wasn't exactly what I wanted. However, Rocky and my husband came to the car in the rain to make sure that's what I really wanted. That was so sweet of them! Rocky and hubby yall rock!

whenever I use to go to the Baskin Robbins in East Ridge (don't go anymore due to the bad service)I was never greeted(I was a regular customer), time after time I NEVER saw anyone wash their hands while preparing orders, the staff was always rude & unhelpful and last but not least on 2 occasions once I got home(I only ordered pints of freshly packed ice cream)ready to enjoy My ice cream I found a long strain of hair in My ice cream

Bought a beautiful ice cream birthday cake for my daughter's 50th birthday. The ice cream was chocolate and peanut butter. It was good. They left off her name. The cake was as dry as a bird's nest from the get go. It tasted like it had been in the freezer forever. VERY disappointing! I gave $70 for that cake.

I just bought my daughters a scoop of ice cream a piece, they charged me for 3 then asked me if I wanted to keep my receipt, when I went to them about it, they act as if they didn’t know they overcharged, then they charged me $2 for a couple gummy bears, they never apologized, we won’t be back!

Looked at him several times, and he disregarded and kept on.He mentioned some smart Alec comment as I walked out the door after saying nothing the whole time there…not greeting me when walking in the door, or speaking when I walked up to the counterBeen better off getting a pint at a grocery store and not fooling with a Sorry service
